+ I liked the design, decor, finishes, upkeep of the place. Of which I complimented the owner. I then asked to propose an idea for a seminar, using the facilities, working on an Islamic project, in the community. Which the owner arrogantly and blatantly refused.

- The way the owner managed the situation was completely ridiculous. He showed not even basic management skills, was extremely rude, arrogant, abusive, aggressive. Did not allow a conversation to even happen normally, he kept of talking over me, screaming and showed no professionalism whatsoever, not even of a junior manager. He then demanded I leave the property or he would call the police. I packed up my stuff and got ready to leave. When the police arrived, he explained his version, but did not allow to voice my views. Was still extremely rude, and felt unduly supported in his arrogance. Then police officer on the scene however, was more respectful, then allowed me to explain, which I did, and he listened with somewhat care. Thank you for that. He then told the officer, after the extreme complaint, that he didn't mind if I stayed as a guest, and didn't mind how he does business, even though I had no personal interest of any threatening nature, but was rather open with honest conversation. He also complained about treating his establishment like that and him because he was Muslim. This had not relevance. It was false accusation, as I myself too am Muslim. Personally I don't judge or talk to others in that manner, despite, race, religion, or culture. I did not feel welcome, or want to stay after the humiliation he caused, whilst threatening to take me to court and get the police to hurt me. The owner seems to be troubled by a psychological issue, that does not understand basic communication and purposely lacks understanding, while only demanding, authorotively, without much reason. For an establishment, that is the key gateway to the community, that should then feed in good energy, it it absolutely pathetic that there is people like this in ownership positions, cos they clearly have issues dealing with matters and try to overpower my rights as a valuable South African citizen, for their power status. Absolutely disgusting!

+ We did not stay at the property - we left immediately and got much better accommodation cheaper elsewhere. We have asked Booking.com for assistance with a refund but all you say is you have to check with the property who is not co-operating and rude.

+ Nothing

- It’s a death trap. It was the scariest stay in my life! All doors and windows have wrought iron bars and locked by physical keys. That is good protection, but when there’s an emergency and the house-keeper is nowhere to be seen and you CANNOT get out, you should be scared! The housekeeper agreed to give us some food to takeaway at 4:30 am so we arranged for Uber pickup at 5 am. We went to the lobby at 4:30 and waited politely until 4:50 and still saw no one. We got panicked and started to knock on doors where we thought the housekeeper was sleeping and no response. All guests on the first floor woke up and tried to help but didn’t know where the housekeeper was. We didn’t know what number to call for help. We got the Uber driver’s attention and asked him to ring the doorbell repeatedly. At almost 5:10, the housekeeper and a young woman showed up with sleepy eyes. And, the young woman was not in any hurry to let us out and asked where our room key was! She finally satisfied when she confirmed the key was on the table.

- Very noisy. Keys are used to lock doors Bedding is very old. Toilet didn't flush after few days. Was moved to another room with a fan. Windows couldn't open. Then asked to move back into former room. Next day told the plumber is there, needs the entire day to remove and install new toilet system. An entire day was wasted of our holiday. Due to toilet issues

+ Absolutely nothing. This is by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at, the pillows smelled like sweat and cigarettes. The sheets were too big for the bed and literally woke up sleeping on the mattress. This place is disgusting and uses brown sheets that looked like they have not been washed in days. I have never had to sleep with my clothes on in a hotel.

+ We had an early flight and hence wanted to stay for our last night rather close to the airport. While the accommodation is quite simple, the location turned out to be very convenient for us. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly and also let us park our car in a separate gated area.

+ the breakfast was good, and bed were comfy

- no enough plots park for our private car, and being bothered early morning cause other customers needed to leave so I had to get up and move my car first. Saying that we can eat between from x time to y time, but when we ask for it they can't offered it cause other customers were already eating and they don't have enough tools apparently in their kitchen to welcome different rooms at the same time for breakfast. It was bothering us cause it make us running late for our appointment. There is not enough privacy, be awake early morning cause other people are been too loud
