Spending an hour talking with the host just to complete the check-in process, only to discover that the room still wasn’t ready at 4pm, was quite surprising and inconvenient. Anna is a kind and dedicated host who clearly works hard for the hostel. However, she sometimes enters rooms or bathrooms without knocking, either to tidy up or to explain how certain basic items work. This can feel like a lack of privacy and may lead to awkward situations. But overall, a VERY good sleep experience.

Pros: big beds for being bunks! Nice kitchen area (but no stove). Good lockers, no lock needed. Staff helped me remote unlock when I arrived the first night late at night. Cons: the whole place smelled like stinky feet because they force you to take your shoes off at the door. The bathrooms were not my favorite. One of the toilets was in a tiny room but the toilet was elevated up high- it grossed me out and I ended up only using the other toilet always. Some weird rules too.

Excellent location right in the old town. Clean, safe, with very comfy double beds, nice bedsheets, free towel. The lady who runs the hostel was a bit too stressed about keeping the place well and the customers happy. I hope she can learn to take life easy. 😌

Hard to rate it high or low, pretty average hostel. Cheap, no frills and a mix of locals and backpackers. Staff were friendly but really pushed 10 star reviews. Common areas were messy but cute, and staff was accommodating to help. Pros: - Cheap - Comfortable, private Bed with curtain and chargers - Lockers (a bit small) - Cute hostel cat Cons: - not in the best part of town - Room was very smelly - Seems like it’s normal to play music / videos all night in the room - Pushy staff/ owner

THE BEDS! All double mattress, curtains, comfy, BUT are not ready on arrival - have to wait hours before there sorted whatever time you arrive. Showers amazing water pressure BUT lacking storage. Host (Anna) is very knowledgeable on the area, but will tell you what todo no matter what. She means well but for me it came across as very overwhelming/overpowering - you cant have a conversation in the kitchen without her joining, hard to work remote without being interrupted. Limited social space

Nice place in a nice town, staff treated us like as if we can’t understand instructions..

Pros: modern, comfortable beds, good lockers, good bathrooms, clean, located in Old Town, wifi worked. Cons: Rude staff, checked in after 5 PM and bed was not yet made - had to wait, unhelpful staff didn't provide good explanations of how to visit tourist sites, atmosphere felt pretty dead, lacking full kitchen (could not cook), expensive given the shortcomings.

Very cute hostel near the heart of the city! Owners are extremely kind and welcoming. They do an amazing job at welcoming you to the hostel and the city itself, and it's clear they try to make you feel comfortable. This is the first time that I, a 24 year old woman, seemed to have been placed in a room composed of only much older men (I'm not sure what the clientele was like in the other room). There’s really no way of adequately stating how wonderful Anna’s hostel is. And even harder to think of anything about it that is not positive. From the best hostel beds I’ve ever slept on, to the excellent location and amenities, to Anna’s amazing personality and the social environment she builds. She calls us her family and that really is what you get here. It’s nearly worth going to Brasov just to stay here.

One of the best and most cozy hostels I've ever stayed in. It had the biggest and most comfortable beds of any hostel I've ever been, and had a nice kitchen/community area in between the dorm rooms to hang out in. Unfortunately, I got sick only two days in, and wasn't able to do much after that, but Ana went out of her way to take care of me and make sure I was feeling okay, made me tea, changed my bed sheets a couple of extra times, and I could see how much she truly cared about the hostel, and...

Nice but unremarkable experience. Pro’s were the huge bunk beds with curtains & excellent cleanliness maintained by Anna the friendly host. However, the hostel lacked a social atmosphere, with no communal space beyond a small kitchen that also felt like Anna’s living/work area. I stayed here for a night while exploring Brasov. The host, Anna, is an angel. She is so dedicated to the craft of hosting and I’m so grateful for her generosity. Everything was spotless and the amenities couldn’t have been better. I loved the lockers and women’s’ only shower. I was a little thrown off the next day when I asked to extend my stay due to extreme weather delays and having missed the train. They were booked but I was offered a sofa bed for 80lei. This hostel is great. Anna goes out of her way to be helpful. She even scheduled me a doctor appointment when I needed to see one for a blocked ear canal b4 my flight. The beds are the best ive ever knew in. It’s a small place but I met lots of good people and had an incredible time. I even extended because it was such a great place. Definitely don’t stay anywhere else in Brasov then the secret hostel

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. Anna was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. She was very accommodating when I needed to check in early, which I truly appreciated. The beds are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. I would absolutely stay here again.

Todo genial, muy agradable y simpática . Cama cómoda con cortina , armario con cerradura para dejar tus cosas, dos baños , duchas ... Lo único quizasque ducha para "chicas" solo hay una pero bueno en total hay unas3 duchas , agua muy caliente jaja. Cocina equipada. Muy acogedor!!

Amazing hostel! Anna was very welcoming and made us me feel at home in Brasov! It was super comfortable, the beds are amazing! Super clean showers and kitchen and great location! Seriously highly recommend to anyone visiting Brasov!

Ana is such a genuine person with a wonderful establishment. Couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay. Be sure to converse with Ana about hiking and local eats!
