Downsides: Noise isolation could be better — we could hear a neighbor's small child from early morning. Floors weren't spotless — some hair in a few spots. These are minor deficiencies and didn't spoil the stay. Overall, great price-to-quality ratio and we were very satisfied. Recommended, as long as they maintain this standard.

We booked 4 rooms and the bed in room 3 are full of bed bugs that 2 of my friends were bitten badly. They got bug bites on their arms and back. We would like to request a refund!
