The location I recently stayed at this hostel and was extremely disappointed with several aspects of my stay. First of all, it’s surreal that a hostel doesn’t offer lockers in the rooms. Instead, the lockers are located in the hallway and, on top of that, they come with an extra charge. This is unacceptable because the minimum expectation at a hostel is to have a secure place inside the room to store your belongings. Paying for such a basic service is frustrating and shows a lack of consideration for guests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi simply did not work during my entire stay. I needed to use my computer for work and was unable to access the internet at any time. In a world where being connected is essential, especially for travelers, it’s unacceptable that such a basic service doesn’t function properly. Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was well below expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for security and connectivity during their stay. Honestly, even if I were offered free stays, I don’t think I would return.
