- Nothing. Cleaning isn't up to the mark. I paid for 7th March to 10th March but I requested to late check in. I reached at the hotel on early morning on 8th March. They was told me sir, we are full. How come? I prepaid already, why should I wait for 2pm for check in???

+ I didnt like anything. I arrived to my pre booked accommodation and was told my room wasnt available and they were booked out. But they have a 'partner hotel' close by I could stay in. What am I supposed to do when I arrive at 1am. I had to take the other option. Absolute BS to be honest

- That they screwed me over by booking my room to someone else before I arrived.

- The receptionist actually committed for extended stay for 500 baht . Her superior came and was arguing that she can't give for 500 baht . Finally after requesting and all we had to pay the extra money

- 1e toegewezen kamer was ronduit belachelijk. 3 bedden die op planken waren die kapot en gehavend eruit zagen . Kamer niet schoongemaakt. De buren dachten dat ze in een kareoke bar waren . Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Dit is geen 4 sterren hotel .

- Que no es un 4 estrellas. Es un 2 como mucho. Todo absolutamente roto. Almacén abajo clandestino con gente viviendo. Polvo en la habitación encima de la tele sin limpiar de hacía años. Pone que tiene instalaciones de gimnasio y realmente hay tres máquinas con todos los cables rotos. Por lo tanto no hay gimnasio. Todas las paredes en mal estado, humedades y moho por todos lados. Esquinas y cantos rotos de absolutamente todo. No sabemos a quién habrán pagado para conseguir las cuatro estrellas pero desde luego no lo es. Como último detalle es un hotel musulmán. Tengo fotos y todo demostrable pero no me deja adjuntar más.

- Alt! Gammelt, møkkete , kakerlakker i gangen. Ligger i et fryktelig strøk utenfor sentrum. Vi booket om før vi sov over. Orket ikke være her.

- Dåligt o gammalt luktar illa.,dåligt område. Bara invandrare som jobbar där o trevligt personal på reception.

- Huoneessa oli pistävä haju joka aiheutti puolisolleni päänsärkyä! Aamulla pesuhuoneessa vilisi torakoita ja ilmastointilaite ei puhaltanut kylmää ja siksi yö oli tuskallisen kuuma!

+ Really great value for money. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are clean, and there is always access to bottled water. The pool is excellent—a small, cozy space—and there’s also a nice bar in the lounge. 😊 Highly recommended from here.

- On the other hand, the gym was quite poor. There wasn’t enough equipment, and some of the machines weren’t properly set up or unpacked. That’s something they could definitely improve—otherwise, it was a really good experience overall
