The funny thing is I am not so upset about it because I am not typical, I slept well there. With tourist tax, I was paying just over €100 per night which is crazy for this level of accommodation. The whole 'hotel' space is in between refit and closing or I don't know what. My bedroom and bed linen was clean enough, though the bed really cheap and liable to struts collapsing underneath, it was also vulnerable being close to the street. The bathroom had at least a warm shower. There's no breakfa...
SO DIRTY! Everything was dirty, from the bedsheets to the parquet to the shower and also the towels in the room. The parquet was severely damaged with chunks of wood that could be dangerous when walking. The pillows were inexistent, they were chunks of something inside a pillowcase and were so uncomfortable, just like the bed itself. There were no shutters nor anything that could prevent the sun from entering from the windows so we would be awaken by the sun very early. The shower was so dirty ...

NO ME RECCEIVE, DECIDE that they stay until 11h and when we arrive there is nowhere to go, we call and send mail, we eat in the street
The shower was horrible. Water stops every 2 mins and need to press button again. But when press the button again, the water either too hot or too cold. Bathroom was ridiculously small. Urine smell on the front door area of the hotel. I think it can be personal feeling but this hotel really don’t worth for what I paid.

Good location, fairly neat but a fatiscent structure, old and cold.
There was construction right outside the entrance making it hard to even get into the hotel. There was other construction going on in the hotel as well. The room was tiny and extremely dusty as if no one had cleaned it. The room had little to no ventilation and the hotel layout did not seem safe in case of emergencies. We ended up staying somewhere else.
kapotte douche in onze kamer, waardoor we niet konden douchen, ook geen refund gekregen na hier wat over te zeggen, ik moest het met booking.com regelen en nooit meer wat van gehoord. daarnaast super onhygiënisch, ook al is het goedkoop zou ik deze plek absoluut vermijden.
The shower broke in our room, so we couldn't shower, nor did we get any refund and to say the least, I had to check with booking.com and never heard from again. also super unhygienic, even though it is cheap I would absolutely avoid this place.
Es un lugar muy viejo, las camas tenían pelos de otras personas y la tapa del inodoro de la habitación estaba rota, era incómodo. Solo pasamos una noche y al ver que una chica con otra tarjeta pudo abrir nuestra puerta, decidímos no salir del hotel porque nos pareció muy inseguro.
It's a very old place, the beds had other people's hair on them and the toilet cover in the room was broken, it was uncomfortable. we only stayed one night and when we saw that a girl with another card could open our door, we decided not to leave the hotel because it seemed very unsafe.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s dirty outdated and I had to bang on the front door for 30 minutes and nearly missed my train because I made the dire mistake of leaving my bag in the lobby. HAVE SOMEONE AT THE FRONT DESK 24/7 OR AT LEAST HACE YOUR DOORBELL WORK

The reviews for this hotel were scary but it was alright. It seems a bit expensive for what you get. The hotel room was clean but the shower head was broken so if you are tall you would have to hold the shower head the whole time you showered. They were renovating the area right outside our room so we had to walk through that every time we entered the room, and definitely couldn’t rest/nap during the day in our room while they were doing construction in the hall. The receptionists were great!

the location is amazing. the rooms were cleaned every day so it was very clean as well. totally worth it
It was low budget, and that shows. The bed had a big dent in it, wich was quite uncomfy. The place was quite dusty so it didn’t really feel clean. The looks were a bit outdated but thats fine by me. The reception staff was nice, overall I had an okay stay.
stanza sporca, bagno spoglio (tubi in vista), 3 asciugamani in croce, phon rotto, solamente 1 mini tubetto di sapone. Pareti ultra sottili e abbiamo passato tutta la serata a sentire le urla e i versi dei vicini di stanza che i receptionist non sono stati in grado di riproverare (nonostante la mia richiesta).
room sporca, bathroom spoglio (tubi in vista), 3 handcuffs in croce, phon rotto, only 1 mini soap tube. ultra thin walls and we spent the whole evening listening to the screams and verses of the room neighbors that the receptionist were not able to reprove (despite my request).
The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was only one minor disruption – some noise from the building across the street around 3 am. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

All the reviews scared me- didn’t read them until after I booked. I was surprised that there was VERY HOT nice warm water In the shower. The night shift guy was so sweet when I said I was worried I would get locked out of my room due to seeing some of the reviews and he reassured me that there was a number to call just in case. No elevator but that’s Europe for ya, room was a little stinky and smaller but as one person it worked out fine.
Ótima localização. Os quartos são simples, mas teve limpeza diária tinha agua quente e esquentador a funcionar. A limpeza não é das melhores e a cama é um pouco desconfortável. Pelo preço, valeu a pena.
The rooms are simple but had daily cleaning had hot water and heater to work. the cleanliness is not the best and the bed is a bit uncomfortable. for the price, it was worth it.
Clean and perfectly located. Nice and friendly staff but the hotel is not as shown in pictures. Bathroom and bedroom were less than expected, the bathroom don’t even have handle door.

Posizione molto centrale e comoda. Personale disponibile e gentile. Check-in facile. Stanza pulita ma vecchia: crepe nel muro, materasso sfondato, non c'erano sedie né cassettiera, niente abat-jour. La doccia non si chiudeva bene, l'acqua calda arrivava solo dopo aver aspettato molto tempo, il phon era rotto. Forse sono stato sfortunato io ma in generale la struttura è un po' trasandata. Per una o due notti va bene ma non di più.
Very central and comfortable location. friendly and helpful staff. easy check-in. clean but old room: crepe in the wall, mattress backed up, there were no chairs or cassettiera, no abat-jour. the shower did not close well, the hot water only came after waiting a long time, the phone was broken. maybe i was unlucky but in general the structure is a bit sloppy. for one or two nights it is fine but no more.
