Thipurai Annex Hotel

+ There weren’t many positive qualities. The breakfast was good.

- There were several buildings connected to the same business. They put me on the fourth floor, that was only accessible by way of a small staircase. The room didn’t have any water pressure and I wasn’t able to take a shower. My pleas went unanswered until the second day. They never fixed the issue. My wife came in to meet me and she has bad knees. I requested to be moved to another room but I was told that they were full. After they weren’t able to fix the water pressure, they offered to move me to another room, in another building. I refused and asked to be given a refund. They argued about it but eventually complied with my request. For what is offered, it’s not worth the price

- Der trænger til at blive gjort ordentlig rent. Selvom hotellet er billigt, kan man godt gøre rent. Der lå hår i håndvasken da vi kom. Der er ingen ordentlige gardiner i værelset så der er helt lyst på værelset om natten. Der bliver ikke fyldt op om morgenen i buffeten. Der er altid kun lidt tilbage. Det meste af personalet virkede ikke imødekommende og så ud som om, de ikke gad være der.

+ Room was ok. Very nice balcony. Bathroom ok. Bed... way too soft.

- It did not matter how good the rooms were. The staff was unattentive at best. Management are to blame. They clearly have little understanding of how to run a hotel business. ZERO staff at hotel! Staff untrained and misinformed. Management expects staff to run two hotels at the same time without ability to make decisions. Management... its all on you. Treat your staff much better and give them the help they need. The pool is only for show.... not part of the hotel, need to walk 50 m down the street with no access to get into pool area. It had no shade at all and was unkept.

- Omysigt, ofräscht och bilderna på hemsidan stämmer inte överens med verkligheten. Kommer inte bo här igen.

- Meget lille køleskab på værelset, og dårlige madrasser, samt støjende aircondition

+ the only good here is Sia the lobby chef and the closeness to the beach and a shopping mall.

- well, narrow stairs, no elevator. no coffee nor tea bit a waterheater - to drink plain hot water it seems. bed sheets dirty and old and weird since those are no covers but plain white sheets wrapped around a cheap, old and dirty blue fleece. touilet strong smell. tv and fridge from 100 years ago and extremely loud, better pull off. aircondition is changing modes during night even so it was set manual ...very loud. the matress is made from two mattresses and one of them is completely sunken inn and since they have metal speings inside, it makes noise. it seems the owner does not want to spend a dollar for reinvestment since all is wore down, dirty and broken. you will find better hotels close for a cheaper price. this owner does not deserve business luck because the price-quality ratio was the poorest i experienced in 8 hotels in Thailand so far. WORST!

+ Very close to the beach, Market Village, Night Market. Staff were okay.

- It's an old property. My room had its air conditioning compressor unit sitting right outside the room's side window and every time it cycled on it filled the room with a loud noise that made sleep absolutely impossible. So, the first night I didn't use the AC. The next morning the staff moved me to the adjacent Thipurai Beach Hotel (same ownership) which was much nicer. As part of my online booking I chose the breakfast included option. Big mistake. The breakfast buffet was not at all appetizing in my opinion. However, if you want the buffet choose the breakfast NOT included option when booking online because you can purchase it daily for cash for less than you'll be charged by the hotel through the online platform. This is what happened to me. I spoke on the phone with the owner about this and he refused to make any price adjustment.

+ Nice friendly place, a 2 minute walk to the beach. lots of shops close by and only a 5 minute walk to The Market Village Which is an enclosed shopping Area Fully air conditioned with Everything you could think of in one place. Staff were Always really nice and would help you in any way they could.

- Some Televisions in rooms are the old outdated ones. But some rooms do have the Smart Tv's. Hopefully they will have them in all the rooms in the future.

- Staff were great until the end. The cleaners were rude unfortunately.

+ Wer charmante ältere Hotels liebt, ist in der Soi 67 genau richtig..Lage hervorragend, es ist komplett ruhig, die Mitarbeiter sind Klasse und das Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse schmeckt. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause.

- Es ist alles super.

+ Местоположение ,в 5 минутах от пляжа, в 10 минутах от ТЦ Маркет Виладж Персонал приветливый, всегда готов прийти на помощь, номер убирался каждый день, полотенца менялись ежедневно, постельное белье можно было менять по просьбе, просто положи специальную карточку на кровать Воду приносили каждый день по 2 бутылки, чайник в номер имелся, балкон был достаточно большой, стоял стол, два стула, сушилка Пляжные полотенца выдавались внизу на рецепции за 10 бат

- Отсутствие лифта, ступеньки крутые, для людей пожилых и с проблемными ногами тяжело подыматься на 3-4 этажи, устаревшая мебель, холодильник, телевизор еще доисторический, большой Сам номер требует ремонта

- Nichts nennenswertes.

+ Frukosten var okay, men som svensk saknar man ost och knäckebröd. Läget var bra, nära strand och trots nära trafikerad väg störde inte detta.

- Handdukar mm var slitna. Det fungerar men ser ej bra ut.

+ Un personnel adorable qui a été très serviable et attentionné (appel de taxi, consignes des valises, accès à la piscine avec douche et wc l'apres midi de notre départ), un petit déjeuner bon et copieux, la plage à proximité. Chambres et salles de bain simples mais propres et fonctionnelles.

- Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux 4 étages, la luminosité de la rue la nuit, un peu de bruit la nuit.
