Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in during my month solo backpacking trip. Gross facility, many issues with locks. Staff are not welcoming. Would not recommend.

Upon check-in the guy told me he doesn’t accept credit cards and when I told him it’s listed on Hostelworld, he up charged me 3 euros extra to charge my card. When I told him credit card fees are 3% everywhere, he told me it’s different in Portugal. I didn’t press the issue since it’s low season and figured I’d be helping the hostel. The lock on the door is not working properly. The facility is overpriced for the cleanliness and quality of the actual place.

When I arrived my friend was waiting outside having been locked out for 45 minutes - The front door was broken, it was left unlocked overnight. We were able to access our bedroom without a key at 1am. No lockable lockers provided. Bathroom was dirty, hair and grime everywhere in shower. Someone slept on the couch in the kitchen.

The staff was very nice and the location of the hostel was perfect. Close to the centrum and the beach. However, we had cockroaches in our bathroom/room. After the first night we switched to another hostel because of this.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I tried calling them the day before to see if I’d be able to leave my luggage there before check in as my bus got there earlier. I never heard back. I called 4 times, no response. I was left on the street with all my luggage and no way to get inside. Thankfully another person staying there let me bring my stuff inside. I came back at 3pm and again, no one was at reception so I could not check in. I called again, no answer. After messaging them on what’s app saying this was...

Location was good but the rest not so much. Kitchen was dirty, we didn’t even want to cook something there and so was the bathroom. And it was just too expensive for dirty the place was. Would not recommend staying there!

Hostel is in a great location however, wreaked of cigarettes, staff was very nice. Hostel didn’t really have like a « vibe » but it’s not difficult to find a vibe in Lagos. THERE WAS also COCKROACHES everywhere which like whatever it was cheap but like a little unpleasant .

With a price of 10€ you get what you pay for. It's okay for a night or two. But it does not invite you to stay for longer than that.

Estaba un poco sucio y en la recepción no tienen mucho interés en atender a los huéspedes, sólo indicarles la habitación y con eso suficiente.

It was ok for two nights but I wouldn't want to stay longer. We had cockroaches in the room.

Hi very good and spaceous hostel. Staff was very nice. Beds were so comfy and even has a little terrace and couch and kitchen to chill in, Best spot to pick because it is very cheap and good for its price and everything like food and the bars are 2 minutes of walk and beaches 15 min walk Much recommended Only thing is shower curtain is very thin but so water kinda goes through and goes on floor but not bad

I paid 13€ for a night and I feel like I got what I paid for, so I was quite happy about my stay. The bathroom is shared between all dorms but it was fine. However if you are a person who snores very loudly and disgustingly all night, please reconsider staying in a shared dorm. Do others a favor and get your own room. Thanks :)

Un buon ostello per una o due notti e via, un po’ scarsa la pulizia di stoviglie e ambienti ma per il resto va bene. Letti abbastanza comodi. Gentilissimo il ragazzo della reception e buona la posizione centrale.

One fellow Canadian has been here Several times before, confirming what I have heard that there are many repeat visitors.

Great location and decent facilities. Would have enjoyed a bit better kitchen equiment, but overall was a good stay

There wasn't anyone at reception when I got there, so I called and had to wait 20 minutes for the receptionist to arrive. The kitchen was small and not very well stocked, I couldn't find a lot of basic cooking equipment. However it was a good vibe and everyone was very nice, and it felt safe. I wouldn't stay here for long but it was great for a night or two :)

Good and affordable hostel to just spend the night there. The staff was really friendly and everything was quite clean. One thing that annoyed me was the bathroom situation. the 4-bed dorm and the 6-bed dorm share just one single bathroom (with 1 shower and 1 toilet). So in the morning there was a big line of people waiting to use the toilet. I did not even dare to shower because so many people waited. The 4-room has a own small bathroom but without a lock on the door (not optimal in a mix dorm)
