+ Excelente ubicación.
- Las instalaciones son muy oscuras es totalmente diferente a como se ve en fotos y se consiguen alrededor hoteles mucho más económicos por mejores precios.

- Separe un hospedaje para tres personas, me asignaron una habitación compartida, con una persona desconocida, tuve que cancelar en el sitio
- 6 de la mañana y había ruido , taladro , voces , la persona que se hospeda va a descansar y no puede

+ Der Kundenservice von Booking.com mit deren Unterstützung wir die Unterkunft verlassen konnten.
- Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad hat ein WC ohne Toiletten-Sitz. Zudem herrscht in der gesamten Unterkunft ein unerträglicher Lärm. Auf der Straße direkt vor der Tür wird lautstark musiziert. Nur mit Hilfe des Kundenservice von Booking.com war eine Abreise möglich. Das Personal hat unsere Anliegen nicht ernst genommen und selbst der Chef vom Hotel interessiert sich nicht für seine Gäste. Eine Erstattung wurde zunächst abgelehnt und dann mussten wir um Teilbeträge feilschen. Tut euch einen Gefallen und bucht woanders.
Staff are nice, but the property doesn’t look anything like the photos. Mould on the boards of the bed and in the shower. Washed my clothes there and the clothes came out dirtier. Fridge doesn’t work so don’t plan on storing food here. For the same price you can probs get a decent hotel.
- The mattress was horrible. More like a hammock. There was almost no air in the room to breath, they open the dorm room in the morning and keep it open although peopare still sleeping, kitchen not equiped with much stuff, only one shower and toilet per gender

+ La ubicación es muy buena, y esta muy bonito
- La cama muy incómoda, almohadas muy incómodas también. El televisor funcionaba muy lento. No había jabón para el cuerpo.

The hostel is central, a good place to stop over on the way to Ecuador, the hostel beds were comfortable, hot showers and clean facilities. Pretty quiet hostel, safe and kind. Would reccomend as a good stop over hostel.
Stayed only one night, waiting to pass the frontier. Good place, staff friendly and helpful, good equipment and clean rooms. Perfect

+ Emplacement pratique et personnel sympathique. Lits confortables.
- Hygiène à revoir dans les sanitaires. La cuisine est à peine équipée pour pouvoir cuisiner et c'est vraiment peu pratique. L'établissement est mal isolé et il fait froid partout (heureusement, ils sont généreux sur les couvertures). Les chambres sont relativement étroites et les casiers des rangements sont à l'extérieur des chambres. Ca convient pour une nuit de passage.

+ nice staff, clean facilities They provided two thick blankets, which helped a lot at night times. Very comfortable beds. Good location
- as other guests have pointed out, the female toilet’s door won’t shut properly. There’s only one shower & toilet for each gender. It can be crowded in the morning
