Overall a nice hostel with a great rooftop, but I had a harassing experience with a person staying in my dorm (he was filming other people in the shower without them knowing and I caught him). When I went to reception, they said they couldn‘t do anything about it. He ended up switching rooms, but wasn‘t kicked out. I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously by the staff and also didn’t feel safe, so I left the hostel earlier than planned. Very disappointing reaction from the staff.
Desafortunadamente los casilleros eran muy deficientes, las chapas estaban rotas y se podia poner un candado pero si jalabas de abajo la mitad de la puerta se podía abrir, fui robado de mis pertenencias no solo yo sino 4 mas de mis roomies que viajaban de inglaterra , se llevaron dinero , tarjetas y bolsas y ropa, estuvimos juntos todo el tiempo por lo que claramente las cosas perdidas apuntaban solamente al personal de limpieza y para mi lo mas importante en un lugar así es la seguridad.
Unfortunately the lockers were very poor, the plates were broken and you could put a lock on them but if you go down the bottom half of the door could be opened, I was robbed of my belongings not only me but 4 of my roommates who were travelling from England , they took money , cards and bags and clothes, we were together all the time so clearly the lost things pointed only to the cleaning staff and for me the most important thing in a place like this is safety.
lovely facilities and great location but wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers - not very social. would be good if traveling in a group although no air conditioning and fans in the rooms are iffy
The worst staff were the people who worked on the terrace of the bar, a cute girl and a person who looked like an Indian, asking us questions. frequent and ugly looks. on several occasions. They were decorated with us. the staff does not have human warmth, last for that reason
I chose this place because it said it had air conditioning and a coworking space. When I got there they told me coworking was 25k pesos which was not specified in the property details. Then it turned out the dorm did not have air conditioning AND the fans were broken and it was a very hot night. The customer service however was fantastic. Go to Masaya if you want to get a private with AC and party. If you want a comfortable cheap dorm definitely avoid.
Bad service they neved sent me the invoice, i have sent three emails requesting it and nothing, also called a lot of times but never respond.
O lugar em si é bonito, espaçoso, comida legal, porém não é um hostel muito animado no sentido de festas e atrações, achei bem parado de quantidade de pessoa. Quando cheguei não tinha coberta e nem toalha para mim e pensei que simplesmente não ofereciam, acabei tomando banho sem a toalha, após pedir na recepção me deram (mas na minha opinião já devia estar lá Encontrei algumas pequenas baratas que me incomodaram muito e me deixou agoniada pra dormir A localização é mto bo...
The place itself is nice, spacious, food is legal, but it is not a very lively hostel in the sense of parties and attractions, I found it quite a standstill of the amount of people. when I arrived I had no cover and no towel for myself and thought that they simply did not offer, I ended up taking a bath without a towel, after ordering at the reception I deram (but in my opinion I should have already been there I found some small cockroaches that bothered me very much and left me agonizing to sle...
BED BUGS!!!! Please check your bed thoroughly before sleeping.

I really don’t understand the hype. Maybe the hostel was better a few years ago. The room got quite hot during the day so we had to have the window open, but right outside there was a fan which made a loud noise throughout the day. The bathroom was not very clean and worn out. It was difficult/impossible to lock the door and only one bathroom per dorm. The roof was leaking. The swimming pool had garbage in it. It was too big for it to be social. They mixed up our beds when our roommates left.

Love the private cubby beds in the dorms! Creates a great sense of privacy while still being affordable. The fan inside the bed made for a great white noise distraction from some outside noise. Very clean bathrooms in the room and spacious shower. Rooftop was very social and great views of the city! Easy to public transit and lots of tours meet nearby. Friendly staff, useful luggage, and delicious restaurant in the lobby.
Overall a very decent place. Location’s great and the cleanliness as well. However, the pods bed has a curtain that rolls instead of the normal ones, so it gets so hot, even when you’re having the window open for the whole night. There are not really any social places, other than the rooftop, where they blast music so loud from 10 until late, so you can’t really make conversations.
Ohne gute Ohropax findet man keinen Schlaf. 24/7 lautes Rauschen durch (wahrscheinlich) Klimaanlagen (Zimmer ist aber nicht klimatisiert, deswegen Fenster offen) & 19 jährige die 5 Uhr morgens vom Feiern kommen und sich verhalten als wäre es mitten am Tag. Die Küche ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet, gibt nur Messer und wenn man Glück hat mal Schüsseln. Sie wird sehr durch die Bar mit dreckigem Geschirr zugemüllt. Das Hostel ist riesig & sehr anonym. Kein Vibe & kaum Interaktion.
Without good Ohropax you will not find any sleep. 24/7 loud Noise from (probably) air conditioning (Zimmer ist aber nicht klimatisiert, deswegen Fenster offen) & 19 year old who comes from the party at 5 am in the morning and behaves as if it were the middle of the day. The kitchen is very sparsely furnished, there are only Messer and wenn man Glück hat mal Schüsseln. It is very much shrouded by the Bar with dirty tableware. Das Hostel is huge & very anonymous. No Vibe & Interaction.
En general, fue una muy buena estadía. El lugar se destacó por su limpieza y buen ambiente, lo que hizo la experiencia bastante agradable. El personal fue atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar cuando se necesitó. Aunque hubo algunos detalles puntuales, la experiencia en general fue positiva y recomendaría el lugar para quienes buscan una opción cómoda y bien ubicada.
Overall, it was a very good stay. the place stood out for its cleanliness and good atmosphere, which made the experience quite pleasant. the staff was attentive and always willing to help when needed. although there were some specific details, the experience in general was positive and I would recommend the place to those looking for a comfortable and well located option.
nice quiet location in the neighborhood accessible to locals malls; Santa Fe, Oviedo, etc, within a half hour walk and the poblado strip& provenza with a cool outdoor gym within 15min walk. staff are nice, view from the kitchen and roof are nice but access is closed off after midnight. lots of events to join with other hostel members

Proacitiviess? Great showers, pod beds are good, kitchen adequate to cook. Terrace and pool awesome along with a coworking space if you need that on L2. Pod beds were comfortable and private. Plenty of organised by the hostel too! Cons? Some issues with cockroaches the night before I arrived. Slow wi-fi. Reggaeton music blasting on terrace in the morning made being there feel like a nightclub. General lack of atmosphere - hostel events didn't draw many. Kitchen equipment could be refreshed too
It looks very nice from the photos, & honestly everything is very nice & the rooftop pool was excellent. My BIGGEST complaints: 1. Room 506 was infested with roaches (only seemed to come out at night). But they would hide under & in our shoes, hide in the cracks of the beds, in the bathrooms, & they ended up in my locker where my bag was stored. 2. NOT SOCIAL, from first look you'd expect it to be very social with the rooftop bar & pool, but there just doesn't seem to be a place where everyone h...

An sich war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, die Betten waren bequem und die Locker außergewöhnlich groß. Am letzten Tag habe ich aber ein paar Kakerlaken im Dorm und Bad gesehen.. Bei manchen war auch eine im Bett, was schon sehr eklig ist. Außerdem hat mir die Atmosphäre im Hostel nicht so gut gefallen. Die kostenlosen Tanzstunden waren aber sehr cool.
The stay was in order, the beds were comfortable and the locker was exceptionally large. but on the last day i saw a couple of cockroaches in the dorm and bathroom. some had one in the bed, which was already very disgusting. besides, i didn't like the atmosphere in the hostel very much. the free dance lessons were very cool though.
Good location, good vibes, the rooftop is amazing. Food at the restaurant it’s a little bit expensive but it’s really good.
Sehr schönes Hostel, vor allem die Dachterasse und die Angebote vor Ort waren top. Es gab alles, was es braucht und in der Umgebung gab es viele Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen. Nur die Matratze war leider etwas durchgelegen.
There was everything you need and in the vicinity there were many restaurants and opportunities to go out. only the Mattress was unfortunately a bit crowded.
Good spot to rest or maybe go with a group, facilities are great but it is not social at all
Die Zimmer sind super angenehm ! Sehr viel Privatsphäre und sehr sauber. Sowie die Dachterasse die einen schönen Blick über die Stadt ermöglicht.
The rooms are super pleasant! very much privacy and very clean. as well as the roof terrace which allows a nice view over the city.
Location is awesome ! Poblado is a great area close to a lot of restaurants and activities. Staff was super helpful and kind. They helped us organize trips, transportation and there is always something fun going on at the hostel itself. Views from the hostel are beautiful I highly suggest the rooftop bar at night as it provides 360 views of the city.
Great stay, will definitely stay here again if/when i return to Medellin
very nice hostel, the rooftop and the food is amazing. not so nice was the shared dorm. there were a lot of cockroaches - everywhere. already during daytime were some in the bed and storage. when I turned on the light during the night - they were everywhere. altough guests in other dorms didn‘t see any.
