+ La ubicación buena

- Tuve q cancelarla me retire porq encontré a una persona en mi cama , me dieron otra que estaba sucia, me queje y supuestamente cambiaron las sábanas pero pusieron otras sábanas sucias estaban oliendo a sudor y encima llena de cabellos. Totalmente antihigienico

- Wasn’t guest friendly no A/C no refrigerator for my meds tiny sparse room, one bath towel no hairdryer this hostel is for budget backpackers not suitable for $100 a night private room guest left after only two nights very disappointed was surprised you would recommend factor accommodation

- 21.11.2025 — A complete disappointment. The rooftop was closed and nobody mentioned that at check in. Great start. When we entered our private room there was no toilet paper because it had not been refilled. The towels were also missing. We had to go to reception three times just to get basic essentials. And this was already 1.5 hours after check in, a point at which the room should have been properly prepared without us having to ask for anything. With the rooftop closed and service this careless I really cannot recommend this hostel at the moment.

+ Que es un amanecesero de paso donde acomodan a 10 personas en una habitación con un solo baño. Es un descaro

- Horrible, asignación peor que en la cárcel.

- Me robaron el computador portatíl. La seguridad del Hostal es pésima. No sólo me robaron a mí, sino a otros dos compañeros de la habitación (otro computador, un celular y un bolso). Se interpusieron las denuncias ante la Fisacalía.

- Nous nous sommes fait refuser l’accès à l’établissement et ils nous ont mis dehors avec nos validée à 20 heures car ma fille avait 16 ans et demi mesure 1m80 mais ils refusent les enfants !!! il n’y avait pas marqué sur les conditions commerciales là, minimum des enfants. Le lendemain, ils ont rajouté l’âge minimum des enfants de 18 ans. J’en ai la preuve à l’appui puisque j’ai les captures d’écran des conditions commerciales de l’hôtel au moment où nous sommes arrivés. Ils nous ont débarqué à 20h dans la rue avec nos valises, sans aucune attention pour nous, sans nous aider à trouver un autre hôtel, et en plus ils ont refusé de nous rembourser la chambre ! Ils ont donc pu louer deux fois la chambre, ce sont des voleurs purement des voleurs! Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel! À fuir, c’est la première fois qu’une telle chose m’arrive, ces gens-là ne devrait pas bosser dans l’hôtellerie!!!!!

- I've stayed at around 15 places in Colombia, and this was my worst experience (all the others have been great!). Rude unhelpful staff, tiny small rooms, no fridges, lamps and power points not working, TV doesn't work after getting the repairman in twice I just gave up. Photos on listing are deceiving. No city views (except for rooftop), and different rooms used in photo (they don't post the 2 person private room). Jacuzzi is about a foot of cold water lol. Rooftop parties can be good, but just save your money and sanity and stay elsewhere in way nicer apartments for half the money, and come to the party and go home again. Told management about above, they didn't give a f**k.
