NO HEAT! Its freezing at night and the bed is the most uncomfortable bed in any hostel ive ever stayed in (my back still hurts days later) 2 showers upstairs for the entire hostel and a very small kitchen/social area. You get what you pay for. Very cheap, great location but thats where the list of positives end.

Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly staff supervisor

The worst hostel I ever stayed in for sure. If my hostel world stats are right I stayed in 15 countries and 43 hostels and this hostel is the worst space I ever stayed in. Grossss toilets, leaking roofs, no heating, bad beds. You name it and there is something bad there. Booked this place for 4 days I had to run for my life after my first night stay and find an other place. DONT BOOK THIS HOSTEL

BED BUGS!! dirty!! staff was kind but that doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness! NO Ac, the only source of air flow comes from the window.

Simplesmente péssimo. LESMAS NAS PAREDES…outra coisa não seria de esperar, dada a quantidade de humidade no teto e paredes, que nem o papel de parede consegue esconder. Mas o pior mesmo foi que o personagem que estava a dar a cara na receção não deu absolutamente mais nada. Nem mesmo um pedido de desculpas. Não assumiu o erro e ainda disse que “o cliente não tem sempre razão” Chega a ser de rir, a sério. Nem em países subdesenvolvidos vi alojamento a carecer de condições ...

Es un hostal barato, pero no tiene el ambiente viajero , es un poco sucio y no da la sensación de seguridad. Si puedes evitarlo mejor

non mi sono trovato bene. pulizia lascaiava molto a desiderare e in più non c'era il riscaldamento in camera. sono stato in ostelli migliori pagando la stessa cifra. personale molto accogliente e professionale, ma sicuramente il resto lascia a desiderare

Es gab Bettwanzen und ich wurde von meinem privat Zimmer in ein Dorm gepackt. 33€ für ein geteiltes, unbequemes Zimmer. Der Hotelmanager/ Mitarbeiter war Ultra unfreundlich und sehr streng. Das war eine reinste Bruchbude!

La ubicacion es buena, centrica. La habitacion horrible. Pequeña, humeda. De noche fria. Sabanas sucias. Los espacios comunes ( cocina y living estaban bien, pero pequeños) . Baño y ducha bastante bien, buena presion y agua caliente. Por el precio he estado en lugares mejores.

Péssimo!!! Quarto sujo e desorganizado, além de ser um cubículo pelo valor. Enfim perdi o dinheiro, pois não conseguiria dormir em um ambiente desconfortável.

A smoker area inside would be great

Great location downtown and you have plenty of food and shopping choices. I found the bed comfortable in the private room, but did wear my headphones since my room was on the street. Waking up 4 floors with luggage was a challenge, but check in staff was very helpful. My only feedback would be to cover the hot water pipe in the shower. A equipe é ótima! Em especial os senhores: CAIO e ARTUR, com quem tive mais contato. Muito atenciosos, super gente boa!! Mas, outras pessoas que não lembro os nomes, tbm estão de parabéns. Vale muito estar hospedado nesse ambiente familiar. Obrigado por ter ficado ai. Há! Volto em breve!

Pagué en realidad poco Pero hubiese debido elegir un mejor lugar pagando un poco más. Ofrecen un tipo de habitación Pero al llegar te dan otra que para mí gusto nada que ver...No controlan bien quien ingresa, tenía la sensación de inseguridad ya q la habitación compartida que me asignaron estaba muy cerca de la entrada principal cuya puerta siempre estaba abierta y la puerta de mi habitación en ocasiones solo quedaba ajustada. Debo destacar que los recepcionistas fueron demasiado amables...

Great central location, extremely accommodating staff, clean facilities, good amenities definetly would book again.

Lo stallo rimane in una delle vie principali di Porto e quindi molto comodo perché si sposta a piedi. Inoltre è molto vicino al mercato e alla relativa fermata della metro. Le stanze sono un po' strette ma provviste di armadietti personali con chiusura magnetica. Gli spazi comuni sono abbastanza grandi e la cucina è ben fornita. Il rapporto qualità prezzo vale la pena

One of the best hostels! safe, clean, and modern. there’s a beautiful garden terrace and a comfy common room with couches, TV, books, games, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped and had free tea! Not a very social hostel so it’s perfect if you want a quiet place to sleep. but it’s only a 10 minute walk from the party hostels that you can meet up with. I would stay again :)

We had a great stay. The location was very central, walkable to most attractions, with lots of food spots near the hostel. The room and bathroom were clean (we did not see any bed bugs). Staffs were lovely. Note that the facility is quite old and noises from the street could be a little loud.

The hostel was sufficient. You could sit up in the bottom bunk. There were functional lockers that were big enough for a carry on or small hiking pack. The curtain only closed halfway on the bottom bunks however, negating the whole point of privacy. Also, the hostel would be greatly improved if they had instant coffee, tea and sugar. There were also no paper towels or napkins, which was inconvenient. The same washcloth they have for the counter you have to use for the floor or anywhere else.

Adequete hostel experience. I was in the 4person mixed hostel on the top floor with the terrace which was really nice.

Une auberge parfaitement placée. Le personnel est sympa, très professionnel et très efficace. Les lieux sont nets et bien aménagés. Les chambres confortables et assez grandes. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et les salles d eau d une propreté impeccable.

Adequate for one night, very central but quite loud at night because of the street nearby. Rooms had big lockers, which was great, but were missing additional things like hooks for jackets or other things, or a light at the bed or shelf for small things at your bed. Mold in the bathroom, not a big problem because it's on the ceiling, but if you're allergic it could pose a challenge.

Although the staff was very friendly I would not recommend staying here as I found bed bugs within an hour of laying in my bed. Staff was very accommodating though and did not hesitate to give me a refund.

Considering the price, it was great. The location, safety… all. And I think that it was clean enough also, the common places too. But I wish there were more showers. In our floor there was 1 bathroom only, for everybody. So we had to wait for people to take turns. But other than that, it was really nice. The common kitchen had a microwave, stoves and a fridge so it was really convenient. And also the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the place, excellent location, 10/10 atmosphere, I would definitely return.
