Hostel das Flores

Arrived at 1 am and the staff was really helpful and let me have a late check in with a fee of 5 euros. Though, I saw two rooms (including the one I stayed in) in which the doors were wide open all night which I found really strange and a bit unsafe. Location felt a bit scary as well as a female solo traveler arriving in the middle of the night.

I booked a female only dorm, I woke up the first morning to a man sleeping in the next bed. When I mentioned there is a man staying in the dorm they said that all the dorms are mixed. I asked for a refund as they couldn’t provide what they advertised and they refused as it wasn’t their problem. If you want to stay in a female only dorm look for somewhere else.

Very pleasant staff. Fair conditions and good location. Unfortunately, despite the signs stating "Full Silence from 22:00", it was a very noisy experience throughout the evening and night: the doors kept banging loudly (no system to prevent that), guests ordering food and eating it in the bedroom, guests talking loudly and no staff preventing any of this from happening). Also, plenty of humidity in the bedrooms. And to finalise it, only one toilet for Man and one for Woman.

Um hostel 5 estrela! Um destaque para o jardim que traz uma grande paz.

Acredito que o melhor Hostel da região! Custo benefício excelente!!

Recomento o Hostel das Flores. Ótimo ambiente, acolhedor e com pessoas amigas. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Nos sentimos em casa.
