O local é bem localizado, mas no check-in cobram 5 euros em dinheiro pelo cartão de acesso aos quartos, o que não estava escrito em nenhuma das comunicações deles no Hostelworld ou por e-mail. Eu só tinha cartão e se recusaram a me dar o card de acesso, fiquei presa e só podia entrar e sair quando abriam para mim, absurdo em pleno 2026 quererem dinheiro em papel como os maias e incas. Secador de cabelo não funcionava no quarto.
The place is well located, but no check-in they charge 5 euros cash for the room access card, or that wasn't written in any of their communications on Hostelworld or by e-mail. i only had a card and they refused to give me the access card, i got stuck and could only come and go when they opened for me, absurd in the middle of 2026 want to want money in paper like the mayas and incas. hair dryer didn't work in the room.
The staff was extremely rude and difficult to talk to. It felt like they were not interested in serving customers.

El personal del hostal es muy simpático y amable, en todo momento están a tu disposición. En cuanto a las instalaciones; el hostal se encuentra bastante alejado de la estación, nada que no pueda hacerse andando.Las personas que se encuentran alrededor del hostal a horas más cercanas a la noche no te hacen sentir seguro. Por otro lado, las literas suenan mucho, siendo incómodas para todas las personas de la habitación ya que la estructura suena y se mueve, al igual que se escucha mucho rui...
The staff at the hostel is very friendly and friendly, at all times they are at your disposal. Todo bien pero aún no me hacen la devolución del dinero que me fue cargado a mi tarjeta de crédito, y después volví a pagar en el lugar por no contar con la tarjeta física y sólo digital. Una estafa !!
Everything is fine but I still don't get a refund of the money that was charged to my credit card, and then I had to pay back on the spot because I didn't have the physical card and only digital.

I had a great experience, but I had read the reviews beforehand so I brought cash to pay the card deposit and the city tax. I had paid with a virtual card and had to confirm with the same card upon arrival. Turns out the virtual card is not accept so what was charged had to be cancelled, refunded and I had to pay again with another card. Remember that as well. The room was cleaned everyday. The kitchen too. Not full of utensils kind kitchen, but it worked for what I needed. Location is awesome.
Loved it! Felt safe and has really good location
Tiene recepción 24hs, no cobra adicional por dejar las valijas, el personal es muy amable. Por el precio la habitación estaba bien, instalaciones un poco viejas y básicas, tiene lockers. Está a media hora del centro caminando, pero a dos cuadras del metro.

Room was what I expected for such a cheap price. Was not clear that you had to pay a 5 dollar deposit for a room key. Doesn’t make any sense when those cards are worth cents on the dollar. Didn’t have enough cash for the deposit and the city tax so got up charged for paying the city tax on card. Not in a good area and far away from the city center and from main train station. Wouldn’t stay here.
Everything was great! Friendly staff and clean rooms. If you could leave your bags before check in for free it would be even more wonderful.

Los chicos de la recepción son muy amables. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Estabelecimento bom, equipe prestativa e receptiva. Banheiro fica muito molhado ao tomar banho. Dão apenas um cobertor fino, e a noite faz frio. A cozinha esta quase sempre limpa, mas sempre fica com cheuro de comida. Bom para focar poucos dias.
Good facilities, helpful and receptive staff. Bathroom gets very wet when taking a shower. They only give a thin blanket, and it's cold at night. The kitchen is almost always clean, but it always smells like food. Good to focus on for a few days.
A localização do centro é boa! Mas não é tão próxima das atratividades, vc pode pegar o metro que é bem perto ou fazer uma caminhada de uns 30min. As instalações do hostel são boas e a minha estadia foi tranquila. Só não achei que o aquecedor funcionou bem e o cobertor era fino. Senti frio algumas vezes, mesmo tendo juntado dois cobertores.
The location of the center is good! but it is not so close to the attractions, you can take the metro which is very close or take a walk of about 30min. the facilities of the hostel are good and my stay was quiet. only I did not think that the heater worked well and the blanket was fine. it felt cold sometimes, even after having put two blankets together.
Bien située , c'est tout ! L' accueil est limite sympa , pour pas dire pire . Les dortoirs m'ont rappelé les dortoirs de l'armée , des lits superposés , un point c'est tout !! Pas de rideaux, des coffres défoncés , aucune intimité . Juste pour pas dormir dehors , voila
The hostel is very nice, not to mention worse. the dormitories reminded me of the army dormitories, bunk beds, one point is all !! no curtains, no smashed chests, no privacy. just not to sleep outside, voila
Super chill Budget hostel is a good location. Staff were all warm and friendly. Special thanks to tuta for organising pasta night as well
The place was not clean, the bathroom was awful, the gave you only one thin cover in December, I was cold the whole night.
É um hostel bem “OK”. Atende o básico e fica bem localizado. Porém tive uma questão com as cobranças de seguro, reservei duas camas (eu e uma amiga) e no ato de check in foi cobrado 5 € de cada como seguro e que seria devolvido ao final, porém só nos deram 1 cartão de acesso ao quarto. Ao final no check out, era outro funcionário e quando pedi os 10€ iniciais pagos, ele só me devolveu 5€ pq segundo ele era por cartão, logo perdemos os 5€ porque ele não quis devolver. Não...
It's a very good hostel. it's very basic and it's very well located. but i had a problem with the insurance charges, i booked two beds (me and a friend) and at check in i was charged 5€ each as insurance and it would be returned at the end, but we were only given 1 access card to the room. at the end i didn't check out, it was another employee and when i asked for the initial 10€ paid, he only returned me 5€ second it was by card, so we lost the 5€ because he didn't want to return. i don...
