Ok place. Unfortunately the bed in the private room is not comfortable.

I struggled with this hostal. Staff was alright but challenging to communicate with. They gave away my reservation at the end of my trip which was frustrating. The hostel was clean enough but very cramped. Not an easy place to hang out in.

A good place to stay, but the place has a problem about answering emails. I hardly got any answer when I tried to book a tour they provided, and now that I’ m here in Mongolia, the problem continues; they don’t answer emails.

I stayed at this hostel for only one night, so my review may not be as detailed as I would like it to be. The property has a rather unconventional setup, consisting of two flats (same interior design) that serve as a hostel. The dorm bed was super uncomfortable and hard, which made it feel almost like sleeping on a wooden board. However, I had a positive experience with the hostel's airport drop-off service. I highly recommend it, especially for those with (early) morning flights.

Very decent hostel. Lovely staff, very helpful, great place to meet other travellers, they're cleaning every day. The common space feels like a living room, really makes you feel at home. Especially the shared breakfasts are really fun and I forged a lot of friendships there!

the best hostel i stayed in during my trip to Mongolia. they have lots of tours to pick from. a 7 day gobi desert tour for $770 USD being the cheapest tour. they even give you a free gift for booking a tour with them. The staff are very friendly and the rooms where clean and had lots of room. I think the security could be a little better but overall would recommend this hostel over the rest in the city.

I had a private room and found it spacious, clean and comfortable. The living room on the first floor is busy with travelers getting together for breakfast served at 8 AM. The host is friendly and always on call. I stayed here and another hostel in UB (Golden Gobi) and found this one to be a lot better.

Super auberge pour notre arrivée à Ulaanbaatar ! Nous sommes arrivés très tôt vers 5h30- 6h du matin et le personnel a gentillement accepté le check-in à cette heure-ci. Tout est très propre et tout le monde est accueillant. Il y a aussi un petit déjeuner offert, de l'équipement pour cuisiner et de quoi remplir la gourde d'eau. Nous avons passé 2 nuits et tellement apprécié que nous reviendrons à notre retour... :) Merci !

The hostel was great! very cozy and clean. they also offer diverse tours through Mongolia.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location near the city center. Beds don’t have curtains but they’re still comfy with good mattresses. Showers are hot and reliable. Wi-Fi worked well, and the free breakfast each morning was a big plus. Staff were very friendly and helped with directions and booking tours. Great value—I’d stay again.

This is the hostel I will come back to when I return to Ulaanbaatar! It was cozy and had a great atmosphere! The staff was fantastic and I can't recommend it enough. I met great people here that I went on adventures with and others that I partied with 😊

Lovely calm and friendly hostel. Really great value - both the dorm and private room I stayed in were clean & really spacious. Friendly, helpful staff who allowed me to switch to a different tour and were flexible with dates - arranging for me to leave early to catch my flight. I wasn't there long but seemed a great location. & Very tasty breakfast!

Ottimo ostello posizionato in centro. Camera doppia un po’ deludente causa prese che funzionavano a tratti. Camerata non eccelsa ma fa quello che deve. Ottima pulizia generale e posizione vicina al centro.

My 8-night stay at Top Tour Guesthouse Mongolia was great. The location is right in the city center, so it is easy to walk to museums, art galleries, Buddhist temples, the Boyd Kahn Palace, and restaurants. They provide a good, free breakfast. The hostel also arranges tours of Mongolia at reasonable prices. I took the Gorkhi-Terelj National Park and Genghis Khan Statue Complex tour. And I did horseback riding and had a free lunch in the park. My tour guide and driver, Esther, did a great job.

Great place to stay, lovely staff. Tours are worth every cent. Tour guides where the best I have had.

Brilliant Hostel in a great location with super helpful staff. Lovely manager was very helpful in sorting out visa extensions!

I was looking for a well rated guesthouse in UB that also provided a variety of tours, and Top Tour delivered on both fronts (and for good value!) The staff were kind, the included breakfasts were varied, the vibe was easy going, and the bed was cozy after a few nights in gers. Wish there were a few more bathrooms and some lockers, but would 100% recommend!!

Affordable, safe, and super chill atmosphere Highly recommend

We booked three nights at this hostel and wanted to enquire about a tour on site. We received an offer for seven days, starting the following day. The receptionist agreed to cancel one night of our booking and reschedule the second stay for the night after the tour. The tour to the Gobi Desert met all our expectations and was a complete success. We can fully recommend this tour and intend to do the other tours as well.

Great area to socialise, staff really helpful and big rooms with loads of space, also no shortages of fridges. Best hostel in Ub
