The bells of both the portone and della porta if sounded have the function of opening the relative entrances. so i entered with extreme ease and in the reception there was no one to attend me. it reached me from the kitchen room with molta lentezza who was there at that time. always the person in charge of that time zone could not speak italian and a stento understood it, this is unacceptable for a hostel in the center of rome. in fact there were misunderstandings about the payments.
This hostel offers a very poor experience and should be avoided. It is dirty, noisy, disorganized, and misleadingly advertised. Staff repeatedly entered the room without knocking, turned on lights, and spoke loudly, showing no respect for privacy. Personal belongings were taken without permission, and a used towel was lost without accountability. Overall, the management was unprofessional, and this was the worst hostel stay experienced.
Dirty stink
Don’t recommend. Very weird. Installations need a lot of work, specially the bathroom. Strange smell all over the hostel. Not well taken care. Disgusting fridge. Passive aggressive staff and notes around. Didn’t feel safe or at ease.

The bathroom is worse than the public toilets , atleast the ground floor one. The shower has water coming in all different direction. The floor of the bathroom is extremely dirty. And now coming to the worst part, they do not change or wash sheets sometime and offer used ones. There were banana peels and a half-eaten apple in our room for 2 days after a guy had checked out, and despite telling them to please clean it . Except the location i would rate zero for this place .
Las instalaciones no están limpias en ningún área. El personal no es amable, no daban toallas, quizá fue algo que agregaban en la descripción y no leí pero en todos los otros lugares donde me quedé si daban esto. Lo siento pero yo no lo recomendaría ni me volvería a quedar ahí, mi cobija incluso olía feo :( la lámpara de mi cama no servía
The facilities are not clean in any area. the staff is not friendly, they did not give out towels, maybe it was something they added to the description and I didn't read but in all the other places I stayed if they gave this. sorry but i would not recommend it nor would I stay there again, my blanket even smelled foul the lamp in my bed did not work 🙂
Unfortunately, I must say I didn't have a pleasant stay. The overall cleanliness was mediocre, there was a leak in the room, and there was always water near an electrical outlet. Then the toilet got clogged, and it was a four-bedroom room. My room was next to the reception area, and they were really noisy and inconsiderate. Finally, this isn't so much a complaint as a suggestion: one of the receptionists kept telling me how beautiful I was and asking why I had to leave so soon, among other thing

Five minute walk from termini can’t beat it. Easy access to the Vatican on the orange line because of it. Can easily walk to the colosseum and some cheap restaurants. Can get back to the hostel in 45 minutes max from any tour sites in the city with the metro or on foot. Staff is a 11/10, extremely friendly.
Such a great place to stay, the man working the desk was lovely and was chill with you leaving your bags before and after check in. Location was great and it was so nice to have a non bunk bed for a change! Rooms were very spacious and the wine and breakfast offerings were amazing

Las habitaciones privadas están en otro edificio donde no hay recepción. Uno mismo tiene que cuidar el acceso. La cocina principal está en el edificio del hostel, por lo que tuvimos que movernos para cocinar. Muy tranquilo para descansar y todo muy limpio. No hay ambiente, si querés estar tranquilo y cerca de termini para ir a las distintas atracciones o al aeropuerto, es genial.
The private rooms are in another building where there is no reception. One has to take care of the access himself. The main kitchen is in the hostel building, so we had to move to cook. Very quiet to rest and everything very clean. There is no atmosphere, if you want to be quiet and close to terminals to go to the different attractions or the airport, it is great.
Welcoming staff, ease in entering the building, very nice and clean rooms, free coffee and wine! Overall, a lovely stay!
El personal agradable, el alojamiento bien para una corta estadía. Corresponde bien al precio / calidad ! Está muy cerca de termini lo cual hace que te puedas mover fácilmente.
The staff is friendly, the accommodation is good for a short stay. matches well the price / quality ! it is very close to terminals which makes you can move around easily.
Not a big fan of this hostel. Very uncomfortable beds (can feel the springs digging in your back). Bathroom was dirty with a broken shower door. Also not very private as the bunks do not have curtains and are very old.
It's a very nice stay located super close to Termini, making everything super accessible. Supportive staff, plus you get a small breakfast - coffee + croissant. Rooms were clean, and well maintained.
Would not recommend unless you just need a bed for one night. Bathrooms were disgusting- mold on shower heads and doors, and the shower wouldn’t stay up so water sprayed everywhere. Some toilets didn’t flush and there were no locks on bathroom doors. Staff wasn’t welcoming or understanding. WiFi barely worked. Would not stay again.
Único ponto negativo é o chuveiro Tivemos problemas para tomar banho a noite pq ele gelada a água . Reclamei no dia seguinte ele ajustou . Saimos para nisso passeio e quando voltamos a água estava gelada novamente .
The only negative point is the shower We had trouble taking a shower at night pq the water was freezing cold . I complained the next day it adjusted . We stopped for this walk and when we came back to the water it was freezing again .
awesome place, people and location. it was fun to stay in freedom with lots of offers and a garden.

Everything was well in Freedom. Kind people, lots of offers and the location is near everywhere. Station is just 5 minutes away and after 20 min walk, you are at the center. I will come back here next time in Rome.
This hostel is not fancy (at all) but it is in a good location and the reception staff are friendly. The room was spacious but is no lockable storage for belongings.
Muy bien ubicado en la tarde siempre hay vino y papas o pastel tuve un problema con mi cama que las tablas se caían cuando te acostabas en si me fui hasta el suelo traté de componerlas a media noche y de todos modos se cayeron al día siguiente les dije y lo arreglaron pero de repente se caían pero no todas solo una o dos era un poco incómodo duraron tres días para limpiar el baño y sacar la basura el internet muy malo en las habitaciones de hay en más todo bien y el personal amable muy b...
Very well located in the afternoon there is always wine and papas or cake I had a problem with my bed that the boards fell when you lay in if I went to the floor I tried to put them up at midnight and anyway they fell the next day I told them and they fixed it but suddenly they fell but not all of them only one or two was a little uncomfortable they took three days to clean the bathroom and take out the trash the internet very bad in the hay rooms and all the more well and the friendly staff ver...

I recommend Freedom Traveller. Everything was perfect. Thanks for kind and helpful staff, as well as the offers. I'd be back here when I'm in Rome.
