They booked 7 people for 6 bed room. We tried to reach reception but they didn't showed up for like 40 minutes. After that we waited them to look for empty bed from another room for like a hour. I slept 2 hours late because of their problem. I don't think that neither It was clean at all

The location was terrible. I was in a 6 bed mixed room. At 02:00 one of the dudes was watching videos loudly and two other men were snoring so loud that it was impossible to sleep, despite wearing ear plugs. I informed the receptionist who laughed when he came in the dorm and heard how loud one of the dudes was snoring. Eventually I was moved to a quiet room but my sleep was ruined. It is not my problem if the hostel cannot enforce basic night time rules. Stay away from this hostel.

El edificio es antiguo, está a la vuelta de la recepción y te entregan una llave para la puerta principal y una para la habitación y están en mal estado. La Habitación se abrió durante la noche. La limpieza deficiente y cortinas sucias. La cocina común tambien es poco aseada. Las camas son pequeñas al borde del piso y los lockers tienen malas las cerraduras. Calefacción no tiene, solo en la noche de 20 a 08 am y es deficiente. Lo bueno es que se encuentra cerca del terminal de trenes y...

-shower is clean but the hot water was not working. Lukewarm water was not a nice experience for February -the lockers are too small. You can just put a small backpack. -the room was very cold and the blankets were thin. Also you can hear the people talking on the streets through the windows very clearly. -the beds are too small. -the best thing is the location of the hostel.

The staff was very rude , I know it’s cheap but don’t expect them to respect you because they won’t There is a (I think Indian ) staff who worked at night shift He was very nasty person, go to places with Italian staff , your gonna like it 1000 times more .

No servía la puerta, no servía la calefacción, algunos cuartos no tenían agua, la habitación vieja y sucia, los lockers viejos y rotos. No me gustó que cobraran tanto y no cumplieran con los servicios que anunciaban, me tuve que cambiar de hostal.

El alojamiento no cumple con lo que ofrece, el chico de la recepción solo hablaba ingles, pedí el “drink de bienvenida” y me dijo que no existía ese servicio (pese a que le mostré la descripción de lo que ofrecían) luego quise ocupar la cocina y solo la tienen habilitada de 15:00 a 22:00 hrs… la habitación era demasiado pequeña para 4 camas, no hubo calefacción y solo entregaban un cobertor delgado.

Vamos a hablar de calidad por el valor de la estancia mala, las literas super incomodas.

As everything in Rome: this hostel is overpriced by far. Kitchen exists but you don't wanna use it. Coffeemaschines are nfunctional decoration. No social vibes, staff is kind of blunt. Slept on an extremely noisy, broken bed. Every movement causes noises which make everyone in the room wake up. Staff didn't react on my request to fix the bed/get a new one. Make sure not to stay in room No.12. Hostel has probably no potential to get better. Facilities are a joke. Everything broken. Location ok

Bien ubicado, sin embargo, los casilleros estaban rotos algunos, no hubo como guarde mis cosas y tuve que salir con mi mochila a todos lados, la cama muy limpia y el espacio amplio, no tienen muchos enchufes accesibles para cargadores, el baño limpio

Nos tocó una recepcionista que nos dio la "bienvenida" indicando que solo hablaba inglés así que debíamos hablar solo inglés, fue algo dura para hablar pero luego pudimos interactuar también con otros 2 recepcionistas muchísimo más amables. Con respecto a las habitaciones, estuvimos en una amplia y limpia con baño incluido, me parece que quizá el desagüe está complicado con el olor pero se limita solo al baño, fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bueno, perfecto para el descanso y de excele...

We had to pay the whole hostel by cash and no one told us before hand. Hair dryer and coffee machines were’nt working. Otherwise pretty good location, a bit far from the center but near the metro station and the supermarket 👍

Por el precio y las condiciones generales no está bueno, pero no tengo mucha experiencia en otros Hostel en Roma. quizá es "normal"

The man at reception who works nights is incredibly friendly and helpful. The bathroom was cleaned regularly, and done well. The beds were ok, felt like the "comforters" (if you could call the blankets that) didn't feel super clean because they were obviously old and not very good quality. Stayed in all-female dorm. Overall ok, but way too expensive for quality. Good in a pinch.

Es ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Die Lage ist gut und obwohl es sich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof befindet, haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Es war auch kein Problem das Gepäck nach dem Check Out noch im Hostel zu lagern. Man darf sich aber keinen Luxus erwarten. Die ganze Einrichtung ist schon sehr alt und es sind einige Sachen provisorisch gefixt worden (Klebeband um Rohre unter dem Waschbecken etc). Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir aber einen netten Aufenthalt.

Nothing fancy, not a social hostel but a good cheap place to sleep.

It could have been cleaner but aside from that everything that was within the property’s control was fine - it had everything needed and the location was ideal for what I needed — and easy enough to find. The price is what makes it.

a wonderful location, helpful staff, and facilities. me and my friend stayed in the 4 female mixed room and we had no issues with the facility. They accept card and cash, had lockers for storage, a kitchen, and honestly the beds weren't uncomfortable! They were kind enough to let us leave our bags in the cubbies in the lobby on our last day after check out and when we had a small issue with our booking the staff fixed it no problem. :)

Todo genial, se adaptó perfectamente a nuestras necesidades. Muy recomendado

Dommage que la personne du check in manque de sourire... C'est extrêmement désagréable d'être reçue ainsi. Je pense que sa place n'est vraiment pas à l accueil d accueil d autrui. Sinon les chambres et la salle de bain sont agréables car propres.

Ótima experiência! Boa localização e tudo limpo. Super indico pra quem quer ficar em Roma 🙂
