Stuff was really nice, garden (smoking area) really nice. Biggest problem are bed bugs I had several stings on my body near my eyes on my hands etc, huge wounds that happend day I left. Hostel rooms are dirty and mattresses are old, we booked a mixed dorm for 14 people. Middle beds that we were in no night light and charger ports are not close enough. Really disappointed

Mon amie et moi avant séjourné dans un dortoir de 14 lits : nous étions les seules femmes, les lits sont des vieux lits superposés qui grincent toute la nuit, aucune intimité, pas de prises personnelles mais quelques prises partagées, aucun casier dans la chambre, et la porte du dortoir ne fermait pas. Pire, mon amie s’est faite dévoré par des insectes pendant la nuit, sûrement des punaises de lit vu les piqûres. Très cher pour ce niveau de confort…

Nice location and staff. But the room was super noisy as it overlooked a busy street. Cleaning and facilities in general could definitely be better.

Very noisy road .. so make sure you get room far from road .. tickets smelly a bit dirty ..staff very friendly .. value for money ..it should be much cheaper

better to improve room temperature

È un ostello molto carino e pulito, l'atmosfera è deliziosa e il personale super gentile e disponibile. Ma secondo me il prezzo è molto alto per ciò che offre, secondo me 40€ a notte per condividere un solo bagno con tutto il corridoio di 6 camere è tanto. Il letto non è molto comodo e ogni volta che qualcuno fa il minimo movimento per l'ostello si sente ovunque. In più non mi sono sentita molto al sicuro perché le porte si chiudevano in modo strano e sembravano chiuse ma poi non lo er...

No hot/warm water, so no shower for 4 days. Lots of older long term male guests so quite weird vibes. They gave me incorrect infos about cancellation policies so i wasted time contacting HostelW just to be told they were wrong I had to leave them the 10€ deposit for the locker cause the receptionist arrived late to her shift and no one else from the staff had the keys for the cashier. And i could go on.. I worked in many hostels and the workers here are more like housekeepers not competent...

Lage ist top. Man ist direkt im Zentrum. Mitarbeitende sind auch sehr freundlich, aber das größte Problem an unserem Aufenthalt waren die Bettwanzen in einem unserer Einzelbetten. Schlafen war somit nicht mehr möglich. Einen Rabatt oder Ähnliches gab es auch nicht.

Incredibly lovely place with an amazing location in the Utrecht's center. I felt at home during my entire stay there. I specially like the inner garden, with a beautiful cherry blossom tree. Thanks to the incredibe work of the Hostel's team, everything was truly nice and welcoming, and the treatment I received was just exceptional, definitely will be going back if I visit Utrecht again!

The hostel was very sweet ! We arrived way before check-in and were able to enter our room directly. The staff was really kind and helped us with any kind of questions. And the location was really good ! It is very central and we were able to do everything by foot :)

Not much of a social atmosphere when I was there, could do with some sort of organized activities to kickstart that. Otherwise an adequate hostel, helpful staff, solid but not exceptional facilities.

It‘s more on the budgety side, but if you don‘t mind that it‘s cool. Has a cool area where you can chill at. Also great location and great staff.

Liked it utrecht. Much better than hometown london. I dont understand holland. But this place a good place to umderstand that. Everyones got there own perception of things and life. Better than the stayokay i guess. But depends if your drunk or not. Better to not be a drunk. I say

It’s a fairly basic hostel. There wasn’t really anywhere to store anything in the room and your main locker was downstairs in the basement which was sometimes annoying. It was a fairly quiet hostel so would advise anyone looking to stay that you may need to be that person that starts the conversation. I was really lucky and got on well with the people there especially in my dorm. Location was handy especially for the vegan food tour I booked. I recommend the life’s a peach cafe nearby.

A very cosy hostel that feels like home, with a beautiful garden! The staff is so kind, ready to help with a smile. The room was comfortable and the shared spaces were great and clean. I am looking forward to my next visit, thank you!

Cool hostel, an older crowd and mostly male. Nice atmosphere and well equipped kitchen/bar to use that stays open late. Enjoyed it for a stopover, but wouldnt stay super long as not very sociable/no young people around when I was there. Great for a quiet stay in Utrecht and fab staff! xx

My main issue is the showers on an 8s timer! Also no temperature controls. The lockers are also in the cellar so it’s a multi floor walk to them. The space is quite nice. The dorm I was in was extremely bright. Bed ok but could do with curtains. Unfortunately some quite gross people staying at the same time as me! Very quiet and I don’t think they have any social activities, although the social spaces are nice

Really comforting place to check into after a flight. I was offered a complimentary juice, given warm linens and shown a colorful old hostel. Busy with a lot of people, but it felt nice in that sense. Next door, the Navigators provided a free meal to strangers, so we ate 3 courses for free. Noise was reported by others as being a problem (close to other properties), but I didn't have an issue. I wish the kitchen was 24/7 and that lockers were in a better location, but overall really nice! Homey ...

Ein schönes Hostel in einer seitenstraße der Utrechter Altstadt. Ausstattung ist soweit gut allerdings sieht man die langjährige Nutzung zB den Möbeln/Räumen an. Personal war sehr nett. Einziges echtes Manko war das extrem hellhörigen Zimmer bzw Fenster, sodass man nachts nur schlecht schlafen konnte.

I can totally recommend this Hostel. It's in the centre, is clean and I loved the garden. I felt really safe and good there. It has a kitchen with everything you need. The only thing that doesn't always worked was the WiFi. Sometimes the connection failed.
