Pésima experiencia. Estuve 2 noches. La primera, cuando me estaba por dormir entró una mujer que directamente se acostó. A los minutos comenzó a hablar sola fuerte y extraño mientras tosia y escupia. Estuvo toda la.noche así, fuera de control y cordura. Le comento la situación al argentino que estaba en la recepción al día siguiente, y como si nada, a la hora entra a la habitación para dar entrada a esta mujer: increíble. Las chicas que estuvieron la noche anterior se fueron horroriza...

❗❗❗GROßE WARNUNG ❗❗❗ Das ist kein Hostel für Touristen. Wenn Sie hier Urlaub machen, meiden Sie das Haus um jeden Preis! Die Bewertungen täuschen über den tatsächlichen Zustand des Hauses hinweg. Es handelt sich um ein älteres, dem Verfall preisgegebenes Gebäude. Die Zimmer sind zwar halbweg sauber, in den Betten fehlten aber z. B. Überzüge über den Bettdecken. Einen absoluten Schock bekam ich jedoch beim Blick in die Bäder. Alles ist mit Schimmel übersäht und stinkt. ...

No sé cómo la gente puede tener no una sola cosa buena de ese sitio. Es el hostel más sucio, pequeño, pudente que he visto nunca y he estado en hostels y albergues de todo el mundo. Un sofá mal oliente, ni sala de estar ni nada. Una cocina diminuta y con cucarachas. Obviamente no dormí ahí la noche que tenía. Nada recomendable. Dormir en la calle es mejor. Yo he puesto una denuncia a sanidad. Horrible experiencia. Tengo fotos si hace falta. Y Booking solo pone fotos que parecen bonitas.

MUCHISIMO RUIDO, EL QUE ESTA A CARGO NO PONE 1 LIMITE. No se puede dormir, y ademas es caro para lo que es

No me gustó nada anotaciones pequeñas baños fuera compartidos duchas lo mismo tal y como está todo lo de la pandemia y bueno pues la gente que avían las 1 de la mañana molestando y luego bueno no nos gustó para el precio y ya

Las habitaciones son viejas, he encontrado un agujero de rata en la pared y cucarachas en la cocina.No recomiendo.

No tengo palabras. Creo que nunca he estado en un sitio tan cutre. A la llegada a la minúscula habitación de 1litera, camas sin hacer, toda la "habitación" (4m2) sucia de pelos, los baños siempre mojados y llenos de mie... En fin, recomiendo encarecidamente NO ir nunca a Pensión Rossell. Y hago una recomendación a los dueños: pónganse las pilas y reformen, mantengan, limpien... no es sólo ya que cualquier hostal de Andorra sea mejor, es que no me llegué a sentir bien en ningún momento...

Fatal m dieron la habitación y la encontré sucia toda la noche hace ruido el baño y la gente no recomendable

Great friendly staff who provides everything you need. It's also a good location and a bus stop close by. They provide free towel and has everything needed in the kitchen. The private locker is big and your stuff will fit perfectly there :) The hostel itself has lack of cleanliness overall. In kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedroom. It's not properly clean even though they change the bin every day. My locker was also dirty outside. They don't provide cover for douve (my first time experie...

Estuve aproximadamente hace dos meses en el albergue y tenía pendiente dejar mi reseña. Estuve una semana hospedado y mi experiencia fue fenomenal, muy ordenado, limpio, bien ubicado y tranquilo. Los dueños excelentes personas (Pablo y Lorena .. espero recordarme bien de sus nombres) siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte y darte información de todo lo que necesitas. Súper recomendado! Volvería a hospedarme.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! Great location - it did feel like a bit of a walk from the bus stop especially since it is fully uphill, but you are located close to a beautiful path along the water, a great coffee shop, and the main walking street in town. The staff were extremely friendly, having a towel included is very nice. They stored our bags for the day since we got in very early. Nice rooftop, I wish we could have gotten more use out of it. Quieter atmosphere but nonetheless a good hostel

I am a 56 yr old black Hebrew man from the US, traveling alone and this was my first experience in a hostel. Not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised when I met Juan, who kindly went over the house rules and showed me the facilities (bathroom, room, kitchen etc.) that guest have access to. The bed I reserved gave me a good night rest and a fresh shower that enabled me to continue my journey without the ridiculous hotel prices. I am thankful to have gotten the hostel experience.

Great location. Facilities were good. Outdoor space-roofdeck.

Estuve una semana hospedada, Muy buena recepción, todos muy amables, el lugar muy limpio, totalmente recomendable.

I came before two days from germany to Andorra I tought I will stay for one night but I change my mind and booked an additional night in the Hotel the Reception man in the morning is friendly and funny the staff also are very fiendly.

Si vas a pasar la noche está bien, tiene buena ubicación. Te facilitan toalla lo cual viene bien. La atención es buena! Ahora la parte que menos gusta decir.. detalles a mejorar: la limpieza de las sábanas, fundas de almohadas y edredones, se nota que no se asean a diario ni con el recambio de cada huésped. Ocupamos dos literas y en ambas percibimos lo mismo. Además, se podría mejorar ampliamente la limpieza de las cocinas y sus utensilios.

Local maravilhoso, com um anfitrião Cortez, nos deixo super em casa, local limpo arrumado, quentinho.

Solid hostel, a tad overpriced, very helpful staff (guy from Argentina), comfortable bed, no key card lock for the room. Location not too far from the main bus station. Overall, I'd recommend

Fine for a night but it definitely wasn’t clean (sheets were stained). All the guests here seemed to speak Spanish or Catalan so not easy to connect with people. Free towel was nice.

Localização boa , funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a nos entender mesmo que em outra língua, 2 cozinhas disponíveis, lavanderia gratuita , banheiros compartilhados limpos , cama confortável. Sem café da manhã, mas perto de tudo e com varias cafeterias com excelente preço e qualidade na volta.

I didn’t expect a lot, but this hostel is great. The staff is extremely nice, kitchen is quite good. You have big lockers in the rooms, so no worries about safety. If you go to Andorra, this is your hostel to go.

Overall I had a good stay here. Location is good, close to Avenue Meritxell and a hiking route just around the corner. Facilities were good, with two kitchens, a rooftop terrace and washing facilities which are free to use. Security is a bit low unfortunately, with no locks on the doors. Also seemed like most people stayed there long term and worked, but everyone was nice. Can recommend if you visit Andorra for a few days.

We stayed for 4 nights and were positively surprised! The hostel is bigger than it seems and has 2 kitchens, which is perfect for not getting in the way of each other. The staff is very lovely and super helpful as well. After we asked to change rooms because of snoring, we immediately got upgraded to an almost private room and even got provided a heater for the cold nights, which made our stay very pleasant.

Good location , nice terrace.
