- Misleading listing and dishonest behavior. I booked a private room via Booking. When I was almost at the property, the host messaged me claiming there was a “system error” and that I would instead be placed in a dorm bed for the same price. I refused and asked the host to cancel the reservation, as this was clearly not what I booked. The host pressured me to cancel it myself, which I refused to do. This appeared to be a deliberate practice: advertising private rooms and then attempting to downgrade guests, hoping they will either accept or cancel on their own so the host avoids responsibility. I went to the property in person and again requested cancellation. The host claimed they were unable to cancel. I asked them to contact Booking. During the call, the host provided false information to Booking in another language. Fortunately, Booking investigated the case, understood the situation, and canceled the reservation on the host’s behalf. This is a misleading and dishonest business practice. I do not recommend staying here.
+ Je n’ai pas eu accès à l’établissement, ils ont fermé les portes avant mon arrivée arriver sans meme me prévenir j’ai eu passé la nuit à l’extérieur. C’est inadmissible.
- No hot water and it was less than 10 degrees outside

- L'absence d'hygiène les équipements délabrés manque de lumière mobilier vétusté saleté pas de savon au WC portes des wc ne se fermant pas trop cher pour la qualité 80e pas jour pas assez de prise humidité
Overall the stay was okay and the staff were all very kind, however the standard of the room was much lower than expected as the bathroom smelt incredibly bad of sewage we could hardly use it. Therefore I wouldn’t stay here again.

- Il n’y avait pas de connexion dans l’établissement, les prises ne fonctionnaient pas non plus. Il y avait des cafards dans la salle de bains et le couscous a été servi froid. Peut-être avions-nous juste pas de chance, mais c’est déplaisant de payer 60€ la nuit pour si peu de confort.
+ The breakfast was not bad, the girl at the reception was kind.
- The worst review is for Rafa, the surf house instructor who made me pay €50 for a kitesurfing lesson without finishing it, and without getting into the water! He didn't finish the 1.5 hour lesson, but only did less than an hour, costing me €50. I strongly advise to avoid lessons with him.

- Too many mosquitos, impossible to sleep confortable. Toilette not confortable too.

- A 21h ont commencé des travaux au sein de l'hotel jusqu'à 22h30 car appel à la réception. petit déjeuner servi de 8h à 11h normalement. à 8h10 il n'y avait personne et même la porte extérieure à l'hôtel était fermée à clefs. nous avons dû attendre 8h35 pour sortir de l'hôtel sans petit déjeuner.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Personal war freundlich, allerdings war es jetzt nicht das sozialste Hostel. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön!

+ Great location, the women’s dorm room was spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast service
- I have to say honestly, the women’s bathrooms weren’t cleaned once in the two days I stayed there. The bathrooms were really dirty, needs improvement in this area.

Fantastic place and community, friendly staff and good chill vibes. I wanted to be away from the chaos of the mediana and close to the beach. The room was modern and open and beds were comfy. Free warm tea much appreciated 😁 Also! Definitely worth checking out booking direct though their website for deals! (I did this for the second half of my stay, and wish I'd considered if before)
+ Non proprio centralissima ma perfetta per fare surf e kitesurf. La proprietaria gentilissima e di cuore, i ragazzi che lavorano lì altrettanto. Mi hanno fatto una sorpresa per il mio compleanno e hanno reso tutto meraviglioso. Consiglio 🤍

- Generally a nice place, but I missed a couple of things that I encountered in many other hostels in this price range. Here are some suggestions what to add to make the place even better: - Put curtains around beds in dorm - Small racks in dorm beds to put stuff - Small individual lights next to dorm beds - A COMMON KITCHEN TO USE FOR EVERYONE - Clean bathroom more often. It was really dirty. Even after I asked for it to be cleaned, sink and toilet remained questionable.

+ La superficie de la chambre lumineuse et agréable. Le petit déjeuner bon et copieux.

+ Rooms were large and breakfast was nice
- some of the mattresses was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Hot Shower was touch and go, sometimes there will be no pressure sometimes there won't be any hot/warm water. When I arrived I was asked to pay in cash city tax and the guy said he dosn’t have change now but I never got my change back even though ive asked for it.
+ It's like home definitly. Thanks for everything family. Magic things happen here.
