The male receptionist was condescending and at times sarcastic. For example he asked me for a passport or ID card. My driving licence was closer to hand so gave him that, he laughed saying who travels to another country without a passport. I wasn't told when breakfast was and didn't feel that he was very approachable to go back and ask.
