   Staff did try, but there’s still too many things to improve & fix. Communal spaces are littered with random stuff. Two laptops got stolen & basically they left them to their own devices apart from saying it’s unfortunate. Air conditioning is only worth it if it’s right in front of you. Some rooms don’t have it! If it wasn’t for how friendly one of the staff members was, I might have left earlier. Swimming pool looks dirty & is warm, toilets + showers small. Would not recommend to be honest.

   Good value for money dorms & communal spaces were clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful, but after we checked out (left room & keys), 1 welcomed us to stay & another staff rudely kicked us out while quietly sitting in empty communal space. As women who booked the female dorm, it was unacceptable to have no lock on our door. Nothing happened, but a man accidentally walked in. No bar which was listed. Vibe was chill & quiet; good for some but don’t expect nightlife in/near hostel.

   • Con respecto al dueño entró en la habitación sin permiso teniendo nuestras cosas encima de la cama porque decía que nos habíamos dejado el aire encendido y nos lo transmitió de unas formas que no considero que fueran las correctas

   La ubicación y la decoración de la habitación, te dejan taquilla Estaba todo muy descuidado nada más entrar ropa por todos lados la cocina con un olor horrible, el fregadero lleno de comida muy sucio todo La habitación de 4 chicas en la que estuvimos la decoración bastante bien pero había telarañas y me encontré una araña enorme al lado de la cama, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear además la habitación una vez dentro no se puede cerrar por lo que puede entrar cualquiera cuando estás durmiendo Te dan una llave para la puerta de fuera y otra para la taquilla que se encuentra dentro de la habitación Ninguna para cerrar lo que es la habitación Con respecto al dueño entró en la habitación sin permiso teniendo nuestras cosas encima de la cama porque decía que nos habíamos dejado el aire encendido y nos lo transmitió de unas formas que no considero que fueran las correctas

   Lovely family, location etc. Not bad but for the price point, should be better. Issues: - volunteers; some lovely. others unprofessional. One fellow & his mate sleeping in common area outside, on drugs (or withdrawing from). Interactions with them were v uncomfortable - No lock on door; people/staff not staying in the room coming in the middle! - “energy-saving” initiatives that come off as a a business being stingy ie push-button shower, ONE available toilet, unclean utensils

   • There was a man staying there who was drunk all the time and harassing us.
   • His bathing suit was found in our room one morning, and I assume he was in our room when we were not present because the doors do not lock.

   Solo female travellers beware. There was a man staying there who was drunk all the time and harassing us. His bathing suit was found in our room one morning, and I assume he was in our room when we were not present because the doors do not lock. The owner was aware and did not do anything. Additionally, the owner entered our room and turned off our air conditioning in the morning when we were all sleeping.
