This place only accepts cash, something we weren't aware of . They also do not have a an ATM on site so we had to walk in the dark to an ATM at 11pm. They also charged us city taxes despite the fact on hostel world it stated that all taxes were paid for. The rooms were basic and limited charging ports for phones. Breakfast was abysmal. We had to leave at 7am, they gave us a bag that had a drink and a ham and cheese sandwich, I am vegetarian. The only saving grace is that it is 15 mins to airport
The hostel was really dirty and there were bed bugs!!!! Would never stay there again
Sorry, I have to do this. I was not happy w my stay. I got bit several times. I thought it was mosquitoes but the second night, I was tossing and turning unable to sleep& I turn on my flashlight and see...bed bugs. 😖 No one was dowstairs to talk to so I got all my belongings and tried to sleep on the couch but I also found bugs in the couch pillows. I freaked out and left. I hope they clean the place for SAFETY.
The problem of this hostel is the fact that they have bed bugs and they know it. They should deal responsible with this fact. If they do it's a good place to stay when going to the airport.
Staff had difficulty speaking and understanding both English and Portuguese when I was there. It was also frustratingly unorganized, and there were more cut corners than the standard hostel. I'd recommend a hotel or another hostel close to the airport.
The reception staff didn’t come across as very welcoming—it felt as though they were doing a favor rather than providing a service. The space is quite small, which makes cleanliness even more important, but unfortunately, it fell short. The toilet was unpleasant, the bedsheets didn’t feel properly clean, and overall, the place was quite messy. Given the price, I believe it would be more worthwhile to choose another accommodation that shows more attention to cleanliness and customer care.

The staff were very helpful, the bedding was clean. Unfortunately the hostel is run down, there was mold on the walls and the floors in the dormitory were dirty. I would not recommend this place.
Great and easy for a quick overnight stop when catching an early flight, staff were very nice and leave a small breakfast for early leavers. Very average rooms and zero privacy or locks in showers.
Super friendly host, she was very helpful and we had a wonderful time.

muy bueno el lugar, se nota que hay una preocupacion detras, la señora que estaba en la recepcion era muy amable y recomiendo totalmente este hostal, lo unico que podria agregar es que debrian tener lockers en las piezas pero solo como sugerencia
The place is very good, if you notice that there is a concern behind it, the lady who was at the reception was very kind and I totally recommend this hostel, the only thing I could add is that they should have lockers in the rooms but only as a suggestion

This place is actually perfect you have a lovely staff you meet lovely people its very affordable, and I enjoyed every second. If you get hungry theres a very cheap cafe that is one or two buildings down which has some of the nicest people you could ever meet. Love this place and these people will be returning.

A great base if you’re looking for somewhere near the airport (short walk away). However I would say that I was with my boyfriend, and I don’t think I’d have felt safe doing the walk as a solo female. The hostel met our needs for one night ahead of an early morning flight. The room and shared bathrooms were basic but comfortable and clean. The host made us a takeaway sandwich and drink for when we checked out early. She was super kind and friendly.

Location near the airport was perfect, if you have an early flight they will make you a takeaway breakfast which was amazing. Staff were nice and helpful and the hostel was very clean

Posizione ottima se hai necessità di essere nei pressi dell'aeroporto,10 minuti a piedi. L'ostello è molto carino e il personale eccellente,ci hanno fornito anche il sacchetto con la colazione,e c'era un bellissimo gatto nel giardino che mi ha / io ho coccolato.
The hostel is very nice and the staff is excellent, they even provided us with the bag with breakfast, and there was a beautiful cat in the garden that I cuddled.
I'm giving it 10 because over all its great. I met the night manager her name is Susan and she was wonderful I commend her hospitality and welcoming attitude. The place is also very very very clean, beds and the bedsheets are washed and clean. It's very accessible to the airport. Wear long PJ at night if you have sensitive skin. The bed sheets are very clean but the detergent they used might be strong I felt itchy overnight. No bugs etc just I am sensitive. Over all its great, toilets are cl...
The hostel was perfect- clean and tidy. The staff was kind. The kind lady whom I forgot to ask about her name was so polite, kind, and helpful. She welcomed me in a proper way. Besides the caring and courtsey of the satff, the hostel is next to the airport. No need to take a taxi. I HIGHLY recommend this hostel.

Die Betreiber des Hostels geben einem jederzeit das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Danke dafür. Die Nähe zum Flughafen und das problemlose Ein- und Auschecken zu fast jeder Tages und Nachtzeit sind perfekt. Es war alles vorhanden, Wasserkocher, Herd, Küchenausstattung, Handseife, Papiertücher und Bettwäsche. Aufmerksamkeiten wie Tee, Kaffee und ein kleines Frühstück , sowie Obst in der Küche machten für mich den Aufenthalt perfekt.
The operators of the hostel make you feel welcome at all times. thank you for that. the proximity to the airport and the hassle-free check-in and check-out at any time of the day and night are perfect. it was everything, water kettle, stove, kitchen equipment, hand soap, paper towels and bed linen. attentions such as tea, coffee and a small breakfast , as well as fruit in the kitchen make the stay perfect for me.
Hostel ligt op 15 minuten lopen vanaf het vliegveld. De ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Het is er schoon, maar gedateerd. Bedden slapen goed, maar je kunt op de onderbedden niet zitten zonder je hoofd te stoten. Het bovenbed wordt beklommen met een laddertje dat naast het hoofdeinde van het onderbed zit. Dat is niet ideaal. Prima plek voor één nacht als je al vroeg moet vliegen of laat arriveert. Er staat ‘’s morgens een meeneem ontbijt voor je klaar.
Hostel is 15 minutes walk from the airport. The reception was very friendly. The staff is very helpful. It is clean but dated. The beds sleep well, but you can't sit on the underbed without propping your head. The top bed is raised with a ladder that sits next to the head of the underbed. That's not ideal. Great place for one night as you have to fly early or arrive late. It says take a breakfast with you in the morning before you're ready.
The staff was really great. I was only there for one night after my flight and it met all my needs.
Ostello pulito, ordinato e davvero accogliente. Comodissimo per chi arriva o parte da Porto perché a piedi dall'aeroporto è tranquillamente raggiungibile. Forniscono lenzuola e coperte e la colazione è inclusa ( fornita in un comodo packet lunch se si ha fretta di partire presto). Consigliatissimo.
Hostel clean, tidy and really welcoming. Comodissimo for those arriving or departing from Porto because walking from the airport is easily reachable. They provide sheets and blankets and breakfast is included (provided in a comodo packet lunch if si ha fretta di partire presto). Consigliatissimo.
