- False advertising, it is very uncomfortable and you have no space to sleep in the upper beds, I had to find another accommodation. The reception was very slow to respond. I do not recommend this accommodation at all.
+ L'emplacement
- Expérience extrêmement décevante, aussi bien avec Booking.com qu’avec l’établissement Bunk Hotel. Suite à une réservation, j’ai été contacté via WhatsApp par une personne se faisant passer pour un membre de l’hôtel, disposant d’informations précises liées à ma réservation. La démarche paraissait totalement crédible. Il s’agissait en réalité d’une tentative de phishing, au cours de laquelle 100 € m’ont été volés. Lorsque le problème a été signalé : -l’hôtel rejette toute responsabilité, -Booking.com se dédouane également, -chacun renvoie la faute sur l’autre, -et le client se retrouve seul, sans réelle protection. Après de nombreux échanges et des délais de réponse interminables, Booking.com reconnaît finalement une erreur et m’écrit noir sur blanc qu’un remboursement de 100 € a été effectué, afin de corriger un premier remboursement erroné de 20 €. Quelques jours plus tard, je constate que ce remboursement est purement et simplement annulé, sans explication, sans message, sans justification. Depuis : -aucune réponse claire, -aucun suivi sérieux, -aucune prise de responsabilité, -aucune solution concrète. On parle de “patience” et de “compréhension”, mais les faits sont là : 100 € volés et aucune résolution. Conclusion : entre un hôtel qui nie toute implication et une plateforme qui promet un remboursement puis l’annule sans explication, la confiance est totalement rompue. À éviter si vous attendez un minimum de sécurité, de transparence et de support client.

- Heel veel kamer was niet schoon,niet klant vriendelijk, uiteindelijk was mijn vrouw haar trui vergeten gebeld de hele dag paar keer werd ik gewoon opgooid ben ik er maar toe gegaan ,ze gaven aan bellen u zo terug nu dag later nog niet gebeld ,slechte service......

What a beautiful hostel! Just spend one night there but it was so worth it! Finally I got some good sleep without being disturbed like it happened in the other hostel. Rainforest shower and amazingly smelling shampoo for free :). Very clean and impressive architecture!
Great spot, I'll definitely be back to stay again. Booked this hotel to attend a conference in Amsterdam. Easy to get here and around via public transport. Lovely staff - especially Davide who went above and beyond. The pods were great. The showers and bathrooms were fine but could be improved upon a bit. Restaurant food also fabulous. Overall a great place to stay, beautifully designed. I'll definitely stay again.

Exceptionally cool place, with beautiful architecture and cool design and even a nifty tiny library room?? The towels were soft, the bathrooms clean, and the blanket was generous and heavy - no cold feet here. My one critique is that the upper beds in the pod room are a little difficult to get into and out of. If you're into rock climbing, it might feel comfortable, but I was a bit nervous trying to get up and down without incident. Would still absolutely recommend for a luxurious stay.

- Everything was good
+ Chambre petite mais très bien optimisée, avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre ainsi que l’hôtel en général. L’emplacement est très pratique : à une vingtaine de minutes du ferry gratuit pour rejoindre le centre-ville et à une dizaine de minutes du métro. Le quartier est agréable.
- Nous avons rencontré des problèmes d’eau chaude : sur les deux nuits passées, nos douches étaient à plusieurs reprises tièdes, voire froides. Le parking de l’hôtel nous a paru relativement cher, nous ne l’avons donc pas pris. Nous avons trouvé une alternative à 18 € pour trois jours (réservable en ligne, à environ 20 minutes à pied ou accessible en bus), contre 20 € par jour à l’hôtel.

+ El personal súper amable y la ubicación muy buena! Cerca de la estación para cruzar al centro y en un barrio muy lindo!
- Las habitaciones muy pequeñas. Los baños en la habitación privada tienen muy poca privacidad y son súper chicos.

- War sehr dreckig, wurde nicht einmal gestaubsaugt in meinem ganzen Aufenthalt. In der Fuge neben meiner Matratze war 2cm dick Staub.
