El check in tenes que hacerlo en otra dirección, a dos cuadras del hostel. En cuanto a la habitación no era para nada cómoda, al baño le faltaba la tapa del inodoro, la litera no tenía escalera para poder subir, no tenía lokers para dejar las pertenencias, no volvería a este hostel, espero puedan mejorar las instalaciones.
As for the room, it was not at all comfortable, the bathroom lacked the toilet cover, the bunk room had no stairs to climb up, no lockers to leave the belongings, I would not return to this hostel, I hope you can improve the facilities.
Ich würde nie wieder dort ein Zimmer buchen! Und davon abraten. Ich war in einem shared bedroom und die Menschen dort waren so rücksichtslos, es war stickig und nicht sauber. Als ich mich beschwert hatte, bot man mir zwar ein women room an, aber ich habe mich dort nicht sicher und sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Männer in meinem Raum haben nackt geschlafen. I would never book a room there again! And discourage it. I was in a shared bedroom and the people there were so ruthless, it was sticky and not clean. When I had complained, they did offer me a women's room, but I didn't feel safe and very uncomfortable there. The men in my room slept naked. I said I felt uncomfortable and the staff meant, your decision, some people like to sleep naked.
Extremely rude staff. Charged me a fee for paying by card, knowing I didn’t have any cash. Then asked me to pay a cash deposit. Arrived to my room to find someone in my bed which was surprising due to how strict they pretend to be for checkout times, which is more likely just another way for them to steal your money.
For the price this hostel really is not good at all, the rooms are some of the worst I’ve ever stayed in hostel wise, with no lockers or even curtains. The only good thing was the location but everything else definitely not worth your money
This was the dirtiest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. My room had terrible ventilation. Underneath the bunk beds was very dusty and there were no lockers. I also had to pay in cash, which I didn’t know until I arrived. It felt sketchy and I had to go down the street to get cash.
Had a horrible stay, the rooms were so cramped, hot and humid that you could barely walk through the door and much less breathe. There was only one window in the bathroom that you were able to open, the stairs and corridors to get to the rooms felt unsafe and If there were any common rooms I could not locate them. Bonus point is that when I was leaving in the morning I found a cockroach that had crawled into my pocket while I slept or took a shower !
Pésimo!! Literal es una escalera y una habitación con camas para dormir. En el baño tenés que hacer malabares para poder bañarte de lo chico que es.

Would not recommend at all! Female solo traveller. Got to the hostel and there was a sign in the door saying to go to another hostel to sign in. Took me close to an hour to find the location. Got given the wrong bed number as someone else was already in it as well as the wrong key at first. Bathroom facilities were very poor and the beds are not comfortable at all. Would not recommend

Monta and Muhammad were the best. This was a very nice hostel in an excellent location. I would recommend coming back to anyone!
I stayed for 3 nights at the Uptown. Major downside is that there are no lockers available. Valuables can be stored in a safe at reception. Other than that, cleanliness is ok. Bed sheets were changed and clean.Exceptionally nice is the staff at reception!!They moved me twice to ensure I could sleep in a women only room, even tho I had originally booked a mixed dorm. So sweet and didn't make me feel bad about it at all! My original room ended up being just men and the vibe was.. well, quite unc
It’s a good choice for the price-quality ratio. Location is great, and the windows facing the inside garden make the place to sleep even better. The check-in desk was located in another building, but on the same street, which was confusing. The facility itself needs some renovation, but it’s tidy and clean. Stuff is nice, they answered all questions and let me keep my suitcase in the locker room after check out, all my questions were answered. I didn’t participate in any common activities,...

Très bon emplacement mais nous sommes arrivés la chasse d'eau n'était pas tirée, les draps pas lavés, une odeur de renfermée. Le ménage est très douteux. Aucun rangement ni casier. La salle de bain est très exiguë.
Very good location but we arrived the water main was not drawn, the sheets were not washed, a smell of closet. the housekeeping is very dubious. no storage or locker. the bathroom is very cramped.

Les escaliers sont pas pratiques avec une valise, mais l’emplacement est parfait, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant ! Juste petit souci dans la chambre où j’étais , le lit était déjà pris, j’en ai pris un autre ou c’était cassé la moitié du matelas toucher directement le sol mais malgré ça j ai bien dormi. Salle de bain très propre aussi
The stairs are not convenient with a suitcase, but the location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and welcoming! just a little trouble in the room where I was , the bed was already taken, I took another one or it was broken half the mattress touched directly to the floor but despite that I slept well. very clean bathroom too
