+ The location
- The room was dirty and very cold and when we spoke to the receptionist he said that we “save energy” and didn’t do anything for that. The towels were used with make up on from another woman but they changed them. The hallways were stinky and smelled like cooked food. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel .

- The property is not in good condition. The facilities are really bad, no heating. In the night time some young people were very loud in their rooms and corridors. I couldn’t have any sleep during the night as it was very noisy.

- I don’t have the best words for this trip… Who would have thought your fun solo travel would turn into a HUGE DISASTER because of the hotels’s greed, indifference and apathy. MY BELONGINGS GOT STOLEN. Yes I kid you not whoever reading this. I stayed in their mixed 6 people dormitory room 14th-16th of November. When I got in the room around 6pm, it was only this Russian guy laying in his bed (all naked). I did my best not to make any noise not to disturb him because of common courtesy. As I change my clothes and prepare my bed, this guy wakes up so obviously annoyed by my presence and used so many slur words. After taking some rest in my bed, another guy checked in around 9pm and this Russian guy was again so annoyed by his presence. Another 2 checking ins happened around 11pm so in total that day it was 5 people in the room if I am not mistaken. Next morning I woke up and got ready for the day around 10am. I noticed the guys who had checked in around 11pm had already gone and the guy that checked in around 9pm was gone as well. It was only the Russian guy in the room and me. I left the room with some of my belongings in the room on the floor close to my bed. After returning around 4pm, I literally noticed my belongings in a red plastic bag were gone and he must have gone through my backpack as well because my JBL headphones were gone as well. Right away I went to the reception about this and they told me they cannot do anything about it and gave me a local police station’s address. I went there and again nothing has been done because there is no cameras in the room (Why would there be even cameras in the room… SMH). I asked them if they could check the cameras in the hotel and they refused… I went back to my room and I had this new roommate and he came up to me saying that his belongings have also been stolen from his suitcase :).

- Das Personal. Ich schreibe Ihnen, um meine Enttäuschung über den Service auszudrücken, den ich während meines kürzlichen Urlaubs erhalten habe, der mein Erlebnis erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Vor der Reservierung habe ich mich mit Ihrem Hotel in Verbindung gesetzt, um mich nach der Mitnahme meines Hundes und der Anfrage nach einem bestimmten Zimmertyp zu erkundigen. Mir wurde versichert, dass beide Wünsche unabhängig von der gewählten Zimmerkategorie akzeptabel seien. Als ich jedoch die Reservierung vornahm und einen Hinweis auf die Mitnahme meines Hundes einfügte, erhielt ich zu meiner Überraschung eine Antwort von Ihrem Team, dass dies kein Problem darstelle. Infolgedessen sehe ich mich nun gezwungen, ein zusätzliches Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel zu buchen, was Kosten von etwa 300 € pro Nacht verursachen würde. Besonders negativ ist mir die Behandlung durch eine Mitarbeiterin in Erinnerung geblieben. Sie rief die Polizei, obwohl ich kooperativ war und die Polizei bestätigte, dass ich keine Gefahr darstellte. Ein weiterer Vorfall mit derselben Person ereignete sich, als mein Hund im Zimmer war. Da sie eine Katze haben, begann sie laut zu schreien, dass mein Hund angreifen sollte, was eine unangenehme Situation schuf. Das Wochenende war eine einzige Katastrophe.

+ Die Zimmer waren sauber
- Für unseren kleinen Welpen haben wir 30 Euro bezahlt, was nicht als besonders teuer angegeben war. Denn für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder haben wir 120 Euro bezahlt, und für den Welpen haben wir genauso viel bezahlt wie für einen Erwachsenen, aber der Welpe braucht kein Bett. Außerdem roch es nachts in den Fluren schrecklich nach verbranntem Öl.

+ Wie haben für 2 Nächte gebucht und sind direkt wieder gefahren. Das Zimmer war ohne Fenster. Wie in einem Gefängnis
- Es gab nichts was einen Zivilisierten Menschen hätte gefallen können.
- La chambre était très sale et nous avons retrouvé un cafard ! photos à l'appuie. Le chauffage était inexistant malgré que les radiateurs étaient au niveau maximum, je suis donc tombé malade. Les murs sont trop fin on entend toute la vie de l'établissement et les autres clients jusque 3h du matin ! De plus il nous manquait des équipements pourtant précisés sur l'annonce.

- Il manque beaucoup de choses pour préparer à manger, pas de bol pas de plat pourtant j'ai pris exprès le logement avec cuisine,un peu cher pour limiter les dépenses restau , que 2 chaises on était 4 . Pas très bien asonorisé À améliorer

+ Superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Personal,mit super Tipps für Aktivitäten und Ausgehmöglichkeiten.Super Lage, alles nötige in naher Umgebung von Verpflegung bis Coffeeshop. Super Musikauswahl das die Rezeption und den Treppenaufgang dezent berieselt,Hammer! Geniales Kunstkonzept mit Graffiti-Art von Studio Zepa welches das komplette Hotel begleitet. Superfleißiges und superfreundliches Reinigungspersonal das ihre Arbeit top erledigt, von Reinigung bis frischer Handtuch-Wechsel! Sehr sehr angenehme Atmosphäre durchströmt die gesamte Hotelanlage wo man sich ab der ersten Minute Willkommen fühlt und in kürzester Zeit den Alltag vergisst.Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Raucherhäuschchen direkt vor dem Hotel, wo man bei netten Gesprächen mit Gästen seine Einkaufsmitbringsel in netter Runde genießen kann ohne schräg angeschaut zu werden.

+ The staff was friendly
- The wifi is very slow or not working. Room felt old but just ok, no tv in the room which should be basic in a hotel. And the door gets slammed all the time so it is noisy in the room

- Plutôt très bruyant, les portes claquent très fort, peut-être revoir cela.
+ Für die Verhältnisse in Amsterdam und den Preis ist dieses Hotel wirklich sehr gut. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der kostenlose Parkplatz – da Parkhäuser in Amsterdam extrem teuer sind, ist das ein großer Pluspunkt. Unser Double Studio war sehr groß und sauber. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung hat gut funktioniert. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist solide. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man dieses in ca. 20–30 Minuten. Der Fußweg zur Station Sloterdijk dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ein Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe. Check-in und Check-out verliefen unkompliziert und problemlos. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – besonders für Gäste mit Auto geeignet.
- Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das eher kleine Bad/WC, außerdem war die Toilettenschüssel beschädigt. Was uns jedoch am meisten gestört hat, war die Lautstärke. Man hört relativ viel von außen bzw. vom Flur, wodurch ein ruhiger Schlaf leider nicht möglich war.

+ Nagyon jó ár-érték arány, kedves személyzet, felszereltség, tisztaság, ingyen ropogtatnivaló, kávé, gyümölcs
- Nem találtam kivetnivalót. Talán kicsit kívül esik a központtól, a vonatos utazás pedig drága, de ha a környéken is szeretnénk megnézni más településeket, a Sloterdijk közelsége miatt ideális.
