Lost our booking and we’re unable to book us a different room or suggest another place to stay.
My advice: don't stay here. When we arrived they gave us a very hot room without air-conditioning or windows, while we booked a room with AC. The toilet was leaking. They moved us to a room with AC when we complained about it. The room was small and not clean, with flies and ants everywhere. The AC didn't work properly so it was very hot. The last night of our stay there was no water for a few hours, so we couldn't flush the toilet, wash our hands or take a shower. The location was great.
Our room was very small and hot, and I was disappointed that there wasn’t a communal kitchen (which is one of the reasons I prefer hostels to hotels), but the rooftop terrace was nice and the location is unbeatable. Being right on the central square, I was afraid it would be noisy but we had no problem even if we were there on the weekend. Staff was very helpful.
Incroyable maison coloniale reconvertie en hostel sur le Zocalo, difficile d'être mieux situé. Le personnel y est très sympa et disponible et le petit déjeuner copieux. L'hostel fait aussi bar et restaurant, ce qui limite les échanges dans les espaces communs avec les autres voyageurs.
The staff is very friendly and available and the breakfast is copious.The hostel also has a bar and restaurant, which limits the exchanges in the common areas with other travelers.
Good hostel but very old bathroom. Breakfast and rooms are fine.
Perfect location and an amazing free breakfast (get in early to get a seat on the balcony overlooking the plaza!) Only thing in the bathroom was very smelly for our whole stay we couldn't have the bathroom door open as it would make the whole room smell. Other than that perfect though :)
