Bed & Breakfast D. Alighieri

Despite of troubles caused to my family they tried to fraud me! Bed bugs everywhere. Аt the morning, еverywhere were bugs and blооd, everybody biten, when informed they stated that everything was new. The good thing was that they compensated us at the moment, a few hours ago they canceled the reservation, it was also marked as no-show. But !!!!!!! two days later they tried to draw-out trough Booking my money again, even though everything was fully paid in advance, at the moment of arriving, but this time as no show Honestly said I was little bit calmed at the moment, I know that it may happen to have bed buds, but ..................... 2 days ago they tried to trick me, it was over enough for me to hit the roof. This is my first negative feedback.

At 2:30am in the morning we woke up with bed bugs bites all over our bodies. We had to book a room in another hotel that same night because nobody was in our hotel to help us. When we call to the phone number that appears in the hotel add in booking.com the man that answer the phone said that he was the owner of the hotel but he couldn’t do anything about it because he was in China. When we came back that same morning to ask the lady that charged us for the room to give us a refund she said she couldn’t do anything. We showed her the videos, the pictures we took of the bed bugs and also my body covered in bites but nothing was done. I have attached pics of the bed bugs and also the receipt from the other hotel we had to book at 3:30am in the morning.
