No reception and check in was at 2 so had to leave bags outside all day and hope no one would take them. The staff were all coughing so disgustingly we thought we were going to get sick.
Bedbugs alert! Hice reservacion por dos noches, y tal cual al llegar al hostal no tuve problema con el check in, se facilita. Sin embargo ya al momento de dormir senti comezon y que algo estaba caminado en la cama, no eran uno ni dos, eran muchos bedbugs! tanto chiquitos como grandes, de verdad creo que tienen un problema grave de plaga, al momento que me paso esto, mande un mensaje al hostel y no me dieron una solucion unicamente que se disculparon por lo sucedido, evidentemente me fui del host...
Bedbugs alert! i made a reservation for two nights, and as such when i arrived at the hostel i had no problem with the check in, it becomes easier. however already at the time of sleeping i felt itchiness and that something was walking on the bed, there were not one or two, there were many bedbugs! both small and large, i really think they have a serious pest problem, the moment this happens to me, send a message to the hostel and they did not give me a solution only that they apologized for wha...
War okay, aber nicht sehr sozial - die Räume waren teilweise dreckig und das Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich.

-Lage soweit okei. Tempel, gute Essensmöglichkeiren und süsse Kaffees sind soweit gut zu Fuss erreichbar. - Nähe Flughafen -Personal war ganz okei, halfen nicht beim Gepäck tragen. Wir haben gefragt nach einer Decke zum Bett polstern (Bett steinhart, schlimmste das ich erlebt habe) nur auf Aufpreis erhältlich. - Nur auf Nachfrage und disskusion konmte ich Bett wechslen (waren zu 2.) Dorm war leer, konnte dann doch noch ein lower bett haben -Bad/dusche war ganz okeii -Pool war das beste

We have asked for a Deck to Bett polstern (Bett steinhart, worst das ich erlebt habe) only available on surcharge. -Only on demand and disskusion could ich Bett wechslen (were to 2.) Dorm was leer, then could ich noch ein lower bett haben -Bad/dusche was ganz okii -Pool was the best
Beds were rock hard thin and dirty very cramped and had a bad smell we only stayed for one night and couldn’t even bare to use the bathroom as it was filthy . Staff were nice though but
Lits pas prêts quand on est arrivés, une seule douche/toilettes pour 10 personnes. Les prises sont bizarre (on ne peut pas tout brancher à cause du lit qui bloque) Les couvertures sont fines et trop petites.
The beds are not ready when we arrive, only one shower/toilet for 10 people.The plugs are bizarre (we can't plug everything in because the bed is locked) The blankets are thin and too small.
L’auberge est bien dans l’ensemble. Plutôt bien située mais très peu de salle de bain et toilettes, qui ne sont pas toujours très propres (1 pour 10 filles…). Peu d’espaces communs

Het hostel was ok. Wel zijn er veel te weinig douches en toiletten in het hostel. de bedden staan dicht bij elkaar en er is weinig ruimte om gerief achter te laten. er zijn lokers voorzien buiten de kamer, wat niet altijd even praktisch is. ik zou dit hostel niet aanbevelen
The hostel was ok. well there are far too few showers and toilets in the hostel. the beds are close together and there is little room to leave any comfort behind. there are lockers provided outside the room, which is not always even practical. i would not recommend this hostel
Strange vibe, self check in meant I had no idea where bathroom / water etc was. Room was insanely hot overnight. Beds uncomfy. Fine for 1 night

We loved this hotel; it has a cute black cat that keeps an eye on guests. Guests receive their room code via WhatsApp, but after we submitted all the required information, the admin responded very quickly, and there were staff members to assist us. It is recommended to arrive at the hotel before midnight.
We loved Chiang Mai so much, and our experience at this hotel was something we'll never forget. We'll definitely come back next time.
This hotel is close to a 7-Eleven, making it convenient to travel around and find food available throughout the day. In the evenings, there's the Chang Phueak night market and a Chang Phueak sukiyaki restaurant nearby.
If we return to Chiang Mai, we will definitely stay here again. The price was good and affordable when booked through the app. There's an admin available 24/7 to assist you.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for affordable accommodation and friendly staff with 24-hour admin support.
I like this hotel; they have a refrigerator and a microwave. If you're going to put anything in the refrigerator, we recommend writing your bed number or name on it to avoid confusion.
Nothing can diminish the charm of this hotel. The staff are friendly, and having a bathtub is absolutely lovely.

Alright for a short stay and very decently-priced. The upper bunk didn’t have enough room to sit up, the ladder was hard to climb and the doors were very loud when they opened. The staff were very accomodating for late checkin.
