My boyfriend got bitten by bed bugs

A limpeza do local é terrível, repleto de moscas pois colocam o lixo orgânico dentro da cozinha... o Hostel é repleto de moscas, mosquitos e bed bugs nas camas.

Place was cool, Ricardo was very nice and welcoming. Although the wifi almost never worked and they constantly would lose power. When the wifi went out, it was a constant loud beeping which the staff felt no rush to fix, even early in the morning. Found bed bugs in my bed which when I mentioned to the manager, she just handed me a bug spray bottle and said “this is your solution” for me to spray the mattress myself, without offering to change rooms. After handing me the spray, I went to find her to ask to change rooms, but she was busy getting a haircut in the kitchen.
