Overall quite a bad experience I had.⛔️ I had money stolen even though I hid it deeply in my bag and locked my locker under the bed. Unfortunately, the room itself is not lockable, there are no cameras in the common areas, and anyone can walk in and out. I only realized before checking out that even if you lock the locker, someone can lift the mattress and steal your belongings from underneath. The staff are very nice and friendly, but there is no real security at all. Not worth it.

Jak by było można to by były ★ na minus, syf, śmierdzi, ktoś zapomniał posprzątać? Nikt o to nie dba, nie wiem gdzie są gorsze warunki odradzam, omijać tą dzielnice.Tak całą dzielnicę... Nie polecam

Niestety mimo wykupionego śniadania go nie otrzymaliśmy. Wg informacji jakie dostaliśmy śniadanie miałobyc w formie stołu szwedzkiego, a jedynie na stole były dwa pojemniki z płatkami śniadaniowymi. Bez mleka, jogurtu. Nic.

We stayed at the hostel for two nights and our experience was horrible. First of all the rooms were real dirty, the floors were not washed in a while. The towels smelled, you couldn't dry yourself with them because of the smell. Speaking of which all the rooms had a drainage odor which reeked all over the hostel. To make matters even worse after our stay there, they asked us for more money claiming that we stained the matteres, after demanding evidences and after reporting them on booking they s...

Did not have particularly good experience staying here. Very far from Gdansk center. Room was loud as it was on the road. Bunk bed quite squeaky and uncomfortable. It had events advertised on hostelworld but when I asked they said the events are advertised but not running. The shower on our floor didn't work at during my stay. In addition, I accidentally left something of sentimental value behind, offered to pay whatever amount of money to get it sent, and they said numerous times they would but...

Ręczniki śmierdzące, po noclegu w tym czymś wszystkich coś pogryzło. Na dodatek pan obsługujący hotel o imieniu Roman okrutnie nie miły. Zaczął wyklinać po tym jak miał przestawić samochód bo nas zastawił. Generalnie nie polecam.

Uwaga na pchly lub pluskwy wróciłem z tego hostelu cały pogryziony

Koszmar. Wszystko wydawało się ok, dopóki nie dotarłam na miejsce. Był środek nocy, więc weszłam do pokoju i cichutko poszłam spać, żeby nie budzić innych. Pokój jest wręcz klaustrofobiczny, maksimum dla dwóch osób, a śpi w nim sześć na trzech piętrowych łóżkach. Duszno i śmierdzi. Na oknie ogromna roleta, zachodząca ze wszystkich stron na ściany, więc o otwarciu okna można zapomnieć, powietrze i tak nie ma szans dostać się do pokoju. Rano chciałam się wykąpać....

La prima volta in questo ostello è stata positiva la seconda completamente negativa. Dato i grandi difetti di questo anno sottolineo i difetti camere piccole e scomode con poco spazio. Distante dal centro, colazione scarsa. Faccio tanti auguri nel cambiare il carattere.

oszuści. Następnego dnia po anulowaniu rezerwacji odkryłem, że na moim koncie brakuje środków. Rozmowy telefoniczne i e-maile nie przyniosły żadnych rezultatów. Na maile po prostu nie odpowiadają, za to przez telefon odpowiedzą, że nie mówią po polsku i nie odpowiadają za płynność finansową - prosimy o kontakt z administracją. Nie ma możliwości skontaktowania się z administracją. Oszuści. Nie polecam.

A cute and creative place, a little out of town

Struggled with transportation since the hostel is out of city center,receptionist is not welcoming, weird people in rooms they are living there.. not the best experience

The staff were amazing. Very kind, and accommodating with late check in. The room was very nice. Free breakfast with good options. Wish I could stay for longer and definitely recommend

Friendly staff and beautiful garden

Tive alguns problemas para entrar e fazer meu checkin por falta de conexão - já q não consegui receber o e-mail deles me perguntando do horário e os dados para o self checkin. Todavia, depois que entrei, tudo foi realmente muito melhor do q eu esperava. As pessoas, o Sr Fares, a disponibilidade de cafés e chás, a estrutura, o café da manhã, a educação, tudo realmente adorável!! Super retornaria! Um abraço a todos de Mamas e Papas!!

Nie, nie i jeszcze raz nie. Hostel wymaga posprzątania i odświeżenia. Pierwsze myśl, która przychodzi do głowy to: ale nora. Nie polecam.

Unfortunately I booked following the other people reviews. The hostel was ok, we booked a private room, my partner complained there was no mirror. Hostel was empty, I didn’t meet ANYONE while I was there, not even the receptionist. It was a self check in and they just sent me the password for the entrance and found the keys of my room already in the door. I didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. They said in the description that the hostel is close to Old town. Not true at al...

Czysto, miła obsługa i dobra cena

so let down, this place had such a good reputation and was very well reviewed. I’m aware that there’s always different people in hostels, so atmosphere can never be guaranteed, but all the social events were dead, you would say hi to people and they’d stare are you and look angry. there was a rotting onion in the fridge and loads of dirty dishes in cupboards, the bed locker stopped working, and the location wasn’t ideal either. such a shame, was really excited for this one :(

Great staff Fun atmosphere

Great hostel, very nice administrator and people, everything necessary is available. I recommend it.

A little out of the way but not terrible. Staff was very nice but be weary if you have to have a late check in. Bed wasn’t the cleanest and many parts of the room was dusty. Atmosphere was lackluster but I went in the winter so I can’t judge it too harshly on that factor

loved staying at mamas & papas! the hostel is so comfortable and homely, the staff is lovely and always ready for a chat and the rooms and common room are so nice. it feels like a little home away from home! I came in the winter, so there were barely any people staying, but I really wanna return in the summer and experience high season and enjoy the garden and the barbecues they organize!
