Not ok for parking a bike safely as indicated on HostelWorld. The person at the reception got angry at me for asking to park my bike safely. Among the worst welcomes I've received in a hostel. Too bad because the hostel is not that bad otherwise.
i was excited because this hostel had super good reviews and most of them said that the hostel felt like a big family. in the days that i was there, it felt like the volunteers and a few guests that had been staying there for a while were maybe close like a family, but it felt exclusive and unwelcoming, especially as a solo traveler. no one introduced themselves or barely said hi. they would all group together and not talk to anyone else and made the environment feel uncomfortable. the hostel it...

Die Unterkunft wurde stets sauber gehalten und das gebuchte Doppelzimmer war vollkommen ausreichend und für den Preis gut. Zum Frühstück wird in der Nebensaison frischer Kaffee (mit Hafermilch) und Gepäck serviert. Im Außenbereich konnte man gut die anderen Reisenden kennenlernen :) Allerdings haben die Freiwilligen mehrere beschriftete Sachen aus dem Kühlschrank weggeschmissen und wir haben noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung dafür bekommen.. also da aufpassen! The accommodation was always kept clean and the booked Double Room was perfectly adequate and good for the price. for breakfast in Nebensaison is served Fresher Coffee (with Oat Milk) and Baggage. in the Outdoor area one could get to know the other travelers well :) However the volunteers have thrown away several labeled things from the fridge and we have not even gotten an apology for it yet.. so be careful there!
Good hostel but not very social / busy and not super close to nightlife. The location is close to the beach if you uber (5 min), but a bit far if you want to walk or bike (45 min), the ubers aren’t cheap (€30). Most staff were polite and helpful when spoken to. They let us borrow their ball pump and helped us with directions and recommendations. We got private rooms and they were nice and spacious. We basically had a small villa to ourselves. Durant mon séjour un groupe restait principalement ensemble peu intégréation, durant les repas ou soirée à l’auberge. Sinon les personnes hors groupe croiser avant mon départ était sympatique. Stationnement non disponible prêt vue le rallye mais je recommande cet auberge (j’avais une chambre seule, partager j’aurais moins aimer vue pas de rideaux et peu intégration)
During my stay a group stayed mostly together with little integration, during meals or evening at the hostel. otherwise people outside group cruiser before my departure was friendly. parking not available with view of the rally but I recommend this hostel (I had a single room, share I would have liked less view no curtains and little integration)
Tolles Hostel mit gemeinschaftlicher Atmosphäre. Es ist in 2 Häuser aufgeteilt, eins etwas belebter und eins als ruhigen Rückzugsort. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und lustig. Das Hostel ist top ausgestattet und bietet verschiedene Services an, bzw. Man kann sich auch Fahrräder, Sonnenschirme, Spiele uvm. ausleihen. The hostel is very friendly and funny. the hostel is top equipped and offers various services, respectively you can also rent bicycles, umbrellas, games etc. The rooms were very warm despite the fans and for those I would have liked mirhänge für Privatsphäre. can only recommend the hostel, would be back again.

The location is good, walking distance from supermarket, busstop, beaches… I had the private room & it was very quiet & good to sleep! The kitchen & bathroom could be a bit more clean. Very good hostel I enjoyed my stay. - Friendly and helpful staff from different places around the world. I like that it seemed like it was very well staffed it adds to the atmosphere. - Clean - Two houses side by side so you have access to more facilities - 2 pools 2 kitchens etc... - Day I arrived there was some extra bbq I was offered - Small snacks and coffee free at breakfast time - Close enough to walk to beaches , shops, supermarkets

This was by far the best hostel I have stayed in throughout my experiences in Europe. The staff is friendly, good beachy energy, and always something going on! It is truly a community. I look forward to returning again.
I had a great time at La Tortuga. The hostel is a warm, friendly and an inclusive environment. The staff and volunteers are very helpful and have a comprehensive welcome pack with great activity and restaurant recommendations. The facilities are clean and the activities put on by the hostel are fun and well organised. La Tortuga war eins der tollsten Hostels, in denen ich bisher war! Die beiden Häuser sind sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und es gab tolle organisierte Aktivitäten, aber auch viele Möglichkeiten, selbst was zu planen und die Sachen vom Hostel dafür zu nutzen. Alle Leute vom Staff waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, dass sich alle wohl fühlen. Außerdem gibt es eine super schöne outdoor shower und sehr süße Katzen...
La Tortuga was one of the coolest hostels I've ever been to! both houses are very cozy and furnished with lots of love. everything was very clean and there were great organized activities, but also plenty of opportunities to plan for yourself and use the things from the hostel for that. all the people from the staff were very friendly and helpful and made a lot of effort to make everyone feel comfortable. plus there is a super nice outdoor shower and very cute cats :)
Ein super Hostel! Es war sauber und die Atmosphäre war toll. Die Karte/Video mit den Tipps für Aktivitäten war super hilfreich, aber auch alle Staff's waren immer offen und hatten tolle Tipps! Ich werde wiederkommen :)
The map/video with the tips for activities was super helpful, but also all the staff's were always open and had great tips! i will be back again:)
What an amazing hostel And staff. I originally booked into a mixed dorm, but as I haven't stayed in a dorm room in almost a decade I realised now I'm getting older it's just not for me. On day two I went to book into an available private room and was fully ready and expecting to pay for a new room - instead the lovely folks on reception offered to let me just pay the difference! Incredible. Such kind, lovely people. Additionally, there are kittens! I will definitely be returning.
Lovely hostel with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. Also we used the hostels airport transfer which was very convenient as we were arriving late and our driver Yannick was also great.

Uno de los mejores hostel en los que me he hospedado, la energía y la comunidad que han creado acá es hermosa, es mi primera vez en Tenerife y estaba un poco perdido jaja, pero escanee un código QR muy útil que me explicó muy bien la zona al rededor del hostel, además tienen muchas actividades de hecho justo me quedé el domingo donde hacen una actividad en la playa para ver el sunset y jugar volleyball 😍, me encantó todo !!! lo recomiendo realmente para cualquier persona 🐢 🫶🏻
One of the best hostels I have stayed in, the energy and community they have created here is beautiful, it's my first time in Tenerife and I was a little lost jaja, but scan a very useful QR code that explained the area around the hostel very well, plus they have many activities in fact just stayed me on Sunday where they do an activity on the beach to watch the sunset and play volleyball 😍, I loved everything !!! I really recommend it to anyone 🏻
This hostel feels like a family welcoming you into a relaxing place with plenty of love and cosy energy. The hostel is not a buzzing party hive but more of a comfortable laid back spot to recoup and relax.
L’ostello è veramente fantastico! Personale e volontari sono stati super disponibili in ogni cosa, pieno di servizi e attività per gli ospiti, posizione a 10 minuti dal mare e stanze e luoghi comuni molto puliti e accoglienti! Super consigliato!!

Jeden z nejlepších hostelů, kde jsem zůstala. Hned na začátku jsou všichni moc milí, recepce mi představila další hosty a aktivity. Pokoje jsou dobře vybavené a čisté, stejně tak sdílená koupelna a kuchyň. Na zahradě je útulná terasa s bazénem. Dobrovolníci jsou nápomocní a ochotní - večer se šlo organizovaně s ostatními hosty na pláž na západ slunce a beach volejbal. Nejlepší hostel na Tenerife.
One of the best hostels where I stayed. Hned at the beginning everyone is very friendly, reception introduced me to other hostels and activity. The rooms are well equipped and clean, as well as shared bathroom and kitchen. Na zahradě is a nice terrace with swimming pool. Volunteers are helpful and volunteer - the evening went well organized with other hostels on the beach to the west slunce a beach volleyball. Best hostel in Tenerife.

I loved the vibe of this hostel! The location is excellent, close to the beach and the bus stop. The two houses are beautiful: kitchens, living rooms, and gardens are spacious, the dorms are comfortable, and above all, the atmosphere in the hostel is exceptional. The swimming pools are a plus! I arrived on the day of the BBQ, which was also popular with locals, and I extended my stay for a few more days. Many thanks to all the fantastic staff, they are very friendly!
Hostel had all I wanted or needed but tbf it is pretty out of the way compared to others. For some reason the staff outnumber tenants by a lot but tbf that is cool. For what I wanted it was perfect. They do bike rental on site which is basically essential if you aren't gonna walk for like 30 mins to the beach etc. I did enjoy it but would say for the amount of staff there should be a proper social calendar of events each week even if it is mostly just Tenerife and party vibes lol

Excellent hostel. The bed was very comfortable, the atmosphere was friendly and it was really nice that they offered me to eat the leftovers from the BBQ of the previous day for free! I can’t wait to be back!
