On our arrival we noticed signs of bed bugs on the mattress, we immediately left to another accommodation.
Washroom was clogged water was not draining. Breakfast was not so good
The staff were very helpful and very close to the airport. The room is pretty simple and well air conditioned. Bathroom is also good.
Really kind and helpful staff, helped sorted out inwards travels, get location from the airport, nice clean basic room.
More of a hotel than a hostel so I wouldn’t expect socialising if you’re solo. Really close to the airport so that was handy and easy to walk around it and good location near the lake. We got upgraded to a bigger room too which was always nice!

Perfect if you wanna be close to the airport
Not a hostel, more a hotel/resort. But great connection to the airport, perfect for one night before or after your flight in Negombo. Very nice view on the lagoon. Nice food recommendations. Not for socialising or exploring the city
Really nice hostel close to the airport, the perfect place to stay before flying in or out of Negombo. My only critique is that our room door didn’t lock.

Staff were wonderful to us - we had to check in after their quoted hours due to travel delays and they emailed saying it was no problem and waited in reception to greet us. We also told them we would be getting up at 7 for the airport and they provided a cooked breakfast free of charge. Great spot if you’re needing a basic room that is clean and has A/C near the airport. Can’t comment on the atmosphere as we arrived late in the evening and left early morning.

Room was basic but clean, with air con. A basic breakfast was included in the room price. We were hoping to oay for the room on card but the manager only acdepted cash. Manager was helpful and organised a car for us to get to the airport. Views of the lake were lovely.
Practical
I really liked the stay here, the owner is very fair in pricing and is being honest about costs. I'd definitely come back here!
Perfect place to stay at Sigiriya, staff was super helpful, brekkie was amazing, close to Sigiriya itself, highly recommend
Super lieb und für ein paar Nächte zu empfehlen aber kein sozial Hostel. Der stuff ist unglaublich lieb!!!

Es un hostel ideal de paso para empezar o acabar un viaje en Sri lanka ya que está cerca del aeropuerto y se encargan de todo lo que necesites. Tienen un desayuno por 2 euros que es vale mucho la pena. Son muy limpios y están a tu disposición en todo momento. Lackshan es el encargado y un tío encantador. El lugar en sí es acogedor con un spot con vistas al lago.
It is an ideal hostel to start or finish a trip in Sri Lanka as it is close to the airport and they take care of everything you need. they have a breakfast for 2 euros which is worth it. they are very clean and at your disposal at all times. lackshan is the manager and a charming uncle. the place itself is cozy with a view of the lake.

Sehr sauber is a good example.
Firstly, the property is very close to the airport and right in front of the lagoon. The staff are very welcoming and friendly to talk with. The room is also very clean and tidy. there is a lovely front garden facing the lagoon as well. Perfect for relaxing.
