Not a nice hostel. Rude staff volunteer who couldn’t care less about checking you in or helping with questions. Very very basic hostel. Wasnt given any sort of key for the room, the beds were rock hard, toilet was just about big enough to fit a person. Wouldnt recommend staying.
Overall nice hostel. Private bed-“chambers”, but very hard madresses. Very weird duvets/blankets offered. The bathroom was a bit exposed with it being in the hall. Not a lot of privacy to change and shower. Facilities okay but there was not a lot. It is a small quaint hostel but it felt like a safe area. Could maybe use some lockers or private storage for luggage and such.

The main door of the hostel is never locked, as are the dorms, while no one is downstairs at the Guichet, I was explained that it was safe but in principle a lock on the door of the rooms would be appreciated. as for the cleanliness, it leaves much to be desired... the sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the overall cleanliness is not up to date. the staff is very friendly and organized, however.
Had quite high expectations, and the staff are super nice and friendly here. The location is also really great, near to the morning market. Sadly the dorm rooms were really warm and uncomfortable, with no way to control this. There are no locks on any of the rooms. Finally, the cleanliness was really bad. Human hairs all around the dorm bed area with no effort to hoover between users. The floors were also very dirty, bringing some of that into the living space. For the reviews, I expected ...
Small Hostel. The staff is very kind and tried their best with helping me with Check-in and everything. The Bed was very hard and there aren‘t any social activities. It was fine for a short stay but if you want to connect with people it might not be the best option.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casita! The staff were so kind and welcoming, and I felt comfortable and safe there. The atmosphere was social, and I met many lovely people. The location is great, very close to the Grand Palace and Chinatown. I also volunteered here and had a really positive experience. I would definitely recommend staying at Casita!

I really enjoyed my stay at Casita! The staff were so kind and welcoming, and I felt comfortable and safe there. The atmosphere was social, and I met many lovely people. The location is great, very close to the Grand Palace and Chinatown. I also volunteered here and had a really positive experience. I would definitely recommend staying at Casita!

Lovely hostel, staff were so fun and friendly! Sociable little hostel and very wholesome.
Absolutely loved my stay here. The location is great and has a MRT nearby. The host was lovely and helped with assisting me with everything and very welcoming. Very nice atmosphere at the hostel, cook dinners together, have chats and provided everything that I needed. Very clean
Mark made our experience amazing and comfortable. The facilities were clean and updated. Everybody was kind and respectful. This hostel is tucked away from the busy part of the city and gave us a nice sense of home. I’d recommend you stay here!

I felt really comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and perfect for meeting new people. I was lucky to make friends with travelers from all over the world, and sharing experiences with them made the stay even more special. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable. Alex and Kitty were available and supportive without being annoying. A place that makes you feel comfortable easily, especially if you are traveling alone. I definitely recommend it!
Best hostel ever. More like a home. Some free spirits there and everyone was so friendly. Kitchen/upstairs space/female only shower too. Super cute 10/10
