Galaxy Hostel

The mattress wasn’t comfortable; and had Bed bug!!! Bed bugs bited me! Everything was dirty; they didn’t activate my key And I couldn’t open the door with it I was at door in midnight for long time The mix Dormitory is different from the photo; they don’t have curtains; was so noisy in hostel Overall was the worse place that I stayed

NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE THIS DIRTY, EVERYTHING IS BROKEN, FROM LOCKS ON THE TOILETS TO SHOWERS AND LOCKERS, A LOT OF PEOPLE LIVING THERE DRYING CLOTHES ALL OVER THE PLACE WHILE COOKING ALL DAY AND NOT CLEANING AFTER THEMSELVES, SMELLS TERRIBLE INSIDE THE ROOMS, MATTRESSES WITH SPRINGS POPPING OUT AND FULL OF BEDBUGS! RECEPTIONIST IS ALWAYS AWAY OR DRINKING IN THE LIVING ROOM WITH OUTSIDERS CREATING A VERY DISTURBING AND NOISY ENVIRONMENT, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! RUN!!

Eventhough it is very cheap, me and somebody from another room had bedbugs. And it seemed that they didn't really care about it, we got transferred to another room, but it didn't seem as if they would really take care of the problem. Furthermore they were unfriendly.

Matr3ss was TERRIBLE, TERRIFYING. Very old, all spiralls was out. I slept in a hall, but any way , has bites. BEDBUGS BEDBUGS. NOT go ther

It looks renovated on the outside but in reality this is a nasty place. There are so many bed bugs i got bitten at least 20 times, I got bitten on my face. I don't think they even clean and switch the bedsheets. New guest? Just sleep at the same spot, same sheet. What's worse is there's no hot water, there's warm water but you can't shower with it, so nobody showers. No cleaning of the bedsheets so more bedbugs it is a negative cycle, it's like the hostel is trying to breed bedbugs on purpose. The cleaning lady would scream at you or give you nasty looks. But sometimes she's a bit more friendly if you can speak Russian. I think she has some mental issue, stay away from her. Welcome to galaxy hostel. If possible I want a refund...
