   I liked nothing it was the worst experience of life Mr. Alam tried best to harras and threatene It was totally different from pictures The ceiling of the room was peeling There was no curtain on the and many spots the glass surface was transparent Ac was not working properly No light for hours When I asked to change my room they agreed but didn't do anything and i have to go to reception many time and then denied room I am pure vegetarian and i was served omelette without my knowledge and when I called them to confirm it they said it is pure veg and then comes a room service man who said it is omelette and i can exchange and then i returned the break fast For this I had to check out early And i have requested the date change in the evening itself and when next morning I went to check out they asked me for full money of 3 days but I stayed only one night I called many times customer care and property owner but no one could help and hotel staff harassed me.    This hotel is really bad. All the reviews are fake. The facilities provided are not worth the price. The washroom is very dirty, the internet doesn’t work properly, and the TV doesn’t function either.

   Nothing. Dirtiest hotel anyone can find. The rooms provided was extremely unhygienic with no proper ventilation. The toilet was very dirty, and there were cockroaches in the room. The worst part was during checkout - the receptionist used my phone without permission to submit a fake positive review on Booking.com and even deleted the original review email from my inbox. This was a complete breach of privacy and trust.
