- Fui roubada por uma hóspede que estava no mesmo quarto que eu , e não fizeram nada. Sai à noite , voltei e quando cheguei não estava meu perfume e produtos de pele , procurei no quarto , um produto estava na bota dessa hóspede que estava , e outro produto dentro do lixeiro do banheiro porque eu olhei tudo , estava dentro do lixeiro e as pessoas que trabalham no hostel não fizeram caso nenhum , eu disse que ia chamar a polícia e não fizeram caso . Fiquei em outros hostel e nunca aconteceu isso … uma experiência horrível e frustrante , e além de tudo essa trans ainda queria me agredir . Enfim !!! Cuidado !!!

+ La ubicación y el trato del personal, fue lo único bueno/aceptable del alojamiento.
- Un desastre todo, las habitaciones tienen lockers destruidos , olor a tierra. Una sola ducha funcionando para todo el hostel, sucia y llena de pelos. Lugar feo , mala iluminación, el espacio común es un living de casa de película de terror. Te baja la moral estar ahi mas de una hora , queres salir corriendo. En las habitaciones no hay intimidad entre una cama y la otra , fui a hostales que tienen cortina y asi uno tiene su intimidad. No tiene enchufes , solo uno para toda la habitación (éramos 6 personas en la misma). El baño esta tres pisos arriba de la habitación. Es muy parecía a la casona antigua de la serie "Okupas".
+ Nada, foi um desprazer ficar nesse hostel.
- Sem nem um tipo de identificação. Limpeza nas áreas comuns nunca existiu, a biliche toda molenga, banheiro muito mal conservado, chuveiro desesperador com aquelas cortinas e completamente ruim, não esquenta, e quando esquenta é pelando... Não compensa, é barato mas é muito ruim. Compensa pagar mais e ter um conforto digno.

+ Nadaaa todo horrible
- o me dejaron ni respirar. Me discriminaron todo el tiempo, los demás turistas podían gritar hacer lo que quisieran, pero a mi no le dejaban escuchar música ni ver la televisión, me decían cosas feas por mi aspecto físico por mi identidad y sexualidad, la verdad que sufrí todo el tiempo que estuve ahí peor que en un convento de clausura fue muy triste ,quedé lista para hacer terapia después de esta estadía traumatica

- SUPER MALEDUCADOS LOS QUE TRABAJAN EN RECEPCION. Son unos unos niños que te ignoran y te dan la espalda. Son super frios y cerrados. No hacen contacto visual con nadie. Solamente te prestan atención si les pedis algo concreto. Pero la onda es muy mala. Yo diria que es una falta de respeto. Le dan la espalda a las personas que pasan por la entrada y nisiquiera se enteran quien pasó. Tienen el complejo de desconfianza. Y de creer que ser sociable es coquetear. Falta de amabilidad. No saludar. Y frialdad máxima. Un espanto.

the layout was quite odd for a hostel. only two toilets on each floor for everyone to use. the showers were out of service for most of our stay. staff did not tell us where anything was or show us around, and were rather unfriendly to our friend who had stayed there a couple nights before who came to visit us. the hostel is also just incredibly noisy. common areas are locked off at odd times for a hostel
I had a great time staying at Voyage Recoleta. It was clean, easy to meet people, and the staff (especially Luis) were super helpful. Would stay again next time I'm in BA.
This hostel was a great place to stay in Buenos Aires. The beds might be some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while traveling. It’s located in a very central part of the city so you can walk to many of the popular sites. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Belen! She gave great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the city.
I stayed there only for a night but really enjoyed it! It's an old building but they maintain the facilities really well. It was way better than big chain hostels! Especially the volunteers and staff made it even better! 100% worth staying 👍🏻
A super nice and cozy hostel, lovely staff, cute kitchen, and it looks beautiful as well. There were some problems with electricity but I think it was just some maintenance work.
Good experience overall. There’s a few activities throughout the week and staff are nice. However showers and toilets were about okay and if there’s loud building work happening every morning probably shouldn’t charge full price for the bed.
Fantastic location with lots of nearby restaurants and things to do. Very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable staff. The shower was great, got hot very quickly and had excellent water pressure. Bed was comfortable. In a beautiful historic building too. They were doing some renovations which I'm sure will be great when they're finished, but it was pretty noisy starting at 8am which is rough if you had a late night before and were hoping to sleep in. Overall though we loved our stay there.

the staff is very nice - espacially Celeste! bed is very comfy. bathrooms and place itself veryyyy old and not very well maintained. kitchen really needs an update in every sense.
Really good hostel! Breakfast was really good and very affordable. They have a bunch of activities where I was able to make a lot of friends, as a solo traveler that's really important for me. The staff were really kind, they helped me with all my questions. The location is the best in the city, I was able to visit all the places I planned. I stayed here for almost a week and will definitely be back soon!

- Poche docce, ma non è stato un problema Colazione offerta dall’ostello forse scarsa, ma è un servizio aggiuntivo.
