AVOID THIS PLACE!! It looks nice in the photos but it is rundown and very small. I got bitten by BEDBUGS and staff did not take it seriously. They said they had no other rooms available, just offered to change sheets (which won't stop bedbugs). I had to move to my father's room very late at night. Staff didn't take the situation seriously enough, especially the next day when I kept being told to wait to speak with them. Finally I had to tell them, we were leaving and didn't want to stay another night even in the other room. They didn't even offer any discount on the room. We were so happy to get out of there. The pool is tiny, and looked dirty. All the tables are broken out the front, there is no place to relax unless you are buying food/drinks at the front area. Staff seem like nice people, but I think inexperienced and naive, if don't understand the seriousness an infestation issue. I had itchy bites for more than a week afterwards, disgusting and disappointing. EDIT REPLY: I paid you full price for the room that we had to share, 650k, which included breakfast. You gave us 2 free drinks, yes, thanks again. I don't think that makes up for the situation. I tried to communicate with you several times about the seriousness of infestation. I advised how to treat the bed. You ignored me and didn't take any accountability. I would not wish it on anyone to be bitten, which is why I gave the review. I would not waste my time and energy otherwise.
