+ Nada me gustó , era de muy mal gusto , al menos a nosotros nos trataron muy mal y el hotel es muy incómodo solo cuestas empinadas y gradas y mi esposo era discapacitado y no así les importo pudiéndonos cambiar la habitación
- La habitación era como un palomar , éramos adultos mayores y un discapacitado y ni así nos dieron otra habitación como era lo correcto un día no hubo electricidad desde 1pm hasta las 3am Es desayuno era un caos y muy feo no saben hacer un buen café la piscina estaba toda sucia como una nata no nos limpiaron la habitación durante los 7 días yo salía a botar la basura nos prohibían comer en la habitación la puerta solo endijas nos prohíbian hacer muchas cosas

- No hubo luz por más de 24 horas ! El AC no funcionaba , el cuarto estaba sucio ! Fue el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado

- La habitación no estaba terminada, no habían ni una mesa o mueble donde poner las cosas personales, no había tv, no hay perchero o closet, una incomodidad en esas habitaciones nuevas!!

- Tome un vuelo de 3 hrs para regresar de visita a mi país, realize mi reserva entre las 18:00 y las 19:00 sorprendentemente al llegar al hotel el personal dijo que "pensó que ya no queríamos la reserva" y la cancelaron... quede a la deriva con mi esposa y mis 2 hijas, muy mala atención por parte del hotel no lo recomendaría en lo absoluto, IRRESPONSABLES...

+ Nunca pude alojarme en el lugar, ustedes sobre vendieron y cuando llegue no tenían habitación para mi, tuve que conseguir de emergencia donde quedarme.

- No había luz, no había agua, el aire acondicionado no funciona, no hicieron la habitación, los desayunos eran muy tarde y no había señal de wifi!

- Ich hatte mich nach einer längeren Mittelamerikareise auf ein wenig Luxus an den letzten Tagen gefreut. Daraus wurde nichts. Ich habe in mehreren Hostels für 12 Dollar die Nacht geschlafen. In Sachen Sauberkeit war Tunco Lodge mit Abstand das schlechteste. Es fehlten Einrichtungsgegenstände. Die Wände waren feucht, braun und die Farbe bröckelte ab. Der Außenbereich war nicht annähernd so wie beschrieben. Das Frühstück war selbst im Gegensatz zu den Hostels in El Salvador sehr spatanisch. Es hat in mein Zimmer geregnet. Das Bad war voll mit Schimmel. Die Wasserhähne funktionierten teilweise nicht wegen des Kalks und Schimmels. Nichts war gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich. Ich hatte Kakerlaken und einen Skorpion im Zimmer.

+ Properly was aesthetically pleasing and well maintained; cool art installations and cool layout. Pools were warm, but this was not surprising given the humidity. Location was great although rooms by the street may are within earshot of weekend nightlife; hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and room was air conditioned. Staff are helpful and are available 24/7.
- Bathroom faucet and shower were in need of improvement. Shower was clogged and shower head didn’t spray water evenly.
+ Great location inside the surf city and able to go party, walk around drink, eat and just enjoy your day around. The breakfast was good.
- They didn’t allow us to bring our own drinks, snacks or any coolers. Said if we get caught we can get taxed with a fee $100! We had to leave everything in the car. BUT! We saw other people who were staying in the property walk in with their coolers and snacks. The staff did not say anything to them. Don’t force it if you will not force this rule with everyone.

+ overall a great town and nice staff. they didn't really attend to my room at all and Tunco Lodge is a cool spot with the world's best guard dog and overseeing angel - Duke. I wouldn't mess with him unless your intentions are good. El Sal and Tunco seem very safe now - drive to town and find a room for cash, that way you won't pay blindly you can find what works for you.
- El Salvadorans from the capital fill the pool and drink all weekend. It's a bit of a sloppy vibe

- Muchas condiciones con respecto a la ropa de cama. Si se mancha las quieren cobrar, un alojamiento debe saber que eso sucede. Es incómodo saber que quieren cobrar cosas que son cotidianas

+ The location was close to the beach and all the shops
- The staff was not friendly. When we had checked out they let us keep the car in the parking lot until 5pm which was good. However when we got back to pick up the car, they ended up charging us $2 to use the bathroom. I thought that was ridiculous. We also felt that we got the worst room in the facility (#6). First of all it didn't look at all like the pictures. Secondly, it was loud all the time; it was in thy lobby next to a pool table next to the gravel parking lot. The noise was constant. And there was no window, technically there's one facing the lobby/pool table but it's frosted with a curtain Friendlier staff would have helped but they were very short and unpleasant. When we first arrived I felt they could have said " welcome, do you have a reservation?" Instead of giving us a rude stern look with a "how can we help you?". It's a hotel! You're suppose to welcome people. This wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't for their child demeanor.

- No disponen de agua caliente…el agua sale natural-fresquita 🥶, no hay colgadores en el baño ni para las toallas ni para el papel higiénico, entra mucha luz por la ventana (a las 5am) unas cortinas estarían genial! En las noches de fin de semana puedes encontrarte sin opción de aparcamiento (aún siendo huésped) porque el parqueo se abre para el resto del público que va a El Tunco

- La verdad muy estrictos como si fuera un hotel de lujo .me cobraron 10 dolares extra por un poquito se mancho la toalla
El único inconveniente fue que nos ofrecieron una habitación con aire acondicionado y al llegar. os dijeron que era solo con ventilador, al final creo que el problema no fue el hotel sino la página de Hostelword, los que nos atendieron en el hotel fueron extremadamente amables y nos ofrecieron cancelar la reserva sin ningún costo, pero la comisión de la página no ofrecen devolverla.

+ Was nice and quiet in a good location
- No hot water
+ Fijn personeel van alle gemakken voorzien! Niet in de drukte!
- Het matras was ingezakt maar dit hebben ze meteen opgelost met een nieuw matras. Het ligt aan de weg wat voor veel lawaai zorgt! Dus als je een lichte slaper bent kan dat wel lastig zijn! En anders een tip: neem oordoppen mee;).
