Kaen Hostel

Place has bed bugs bathroom is head to toe in mold wierd smells in the rooms and someone dying in the room coughing 24/7 and snoring not had even a little sleep

BEDBUGS! Stayed in the women's dorm and had itchy bite marks in the morning...

This hostel is not safe to live due to the really bad air quality , I think it’s mold but I’m not an expert it’s not safe to inhale the air here they have bed bugs also. I tried to change rooms & was denied & asked to pay for new booking. I asked for a refund & was denied again after paying in cash !! I’m upset with this hostel

When I got there, they couldn’t find my booking and told me even though I was showing them the hostel world link that I would have to cancel booking (lose deposit) and rebook. Whatever, I was tired I couldn’t really care at that point, the hostel itself is in a great place, the beds are great, good space, aircon etc, but got bed bug bites all over me and it couldn’t be from anywhere else as i had been staying in a hotel previously, the staff were pretty unhelpful at check out and refused to let me in an hour after checking out for a shower which seemed unnecessary, overall quite a frustrating experience.
