Firstly the room does not feel clean at all, the wardrobe is filled with blanket and pillow that are just not folded at all and looked dirty, didn’t even dare to touch them. The bed is not clean. My wife and I probably got bitten by bed bug. The bed has spring poking out and need to be careful not to scratch yourself. The room is right by the street, you can hear everything. On both nights of our stay, there are people just standing outside of the windows and talking. Yes, the hotel cost is not too high compared to the rest of the city, but does not mean I cannot have any expectation. At least it needs to fulfill the purpose of staying.

Premettendo di aver scelto questa specie di hotel solo per il prezzo abbordabile per il periodo (29/12-02/01) e di essere arrivati con aspettative veramente basse. Le foto non corrispondono decisamente alla realtà. Camera minuscola (più adatta nel caso per una persona per gli spazi veramente angusti), pulizia inesistente e letto incommentabile. Polvere/peli ovunque, letto macchiato e sfondato, cuscini gialli e maleodoranti…per non parlare dei muri scrostati e macchiati e del retro tv ricolmo di una sostanza cristallina orripilante (abbiamo ipotizzato potesse essere colonia di acari). La nostra camera doveva avere vista giardino interno, tutto corretto se come giardino interno era inteso un ripostiglio cementato “all’aperto”. Il tutto condito da una finestra che non isolava (c’erano spifferi) che non potevamo neanche aprire e non so se per questo il riscaldamento era costantemente acceso e troppo alto. LA CAMERA PEGGIORE DI SEMPRE.

Unfortunately I found many bed bugs, one on the bed where I was sleeping and many walking on the side of the bed. That’s extremely unsanitary. Took a shower at midnight and I left in the morning worried. I still feel itchy. The room was also extremely cold but I was told the heating was on.

La chambre était infesté de punaise de lit. C'était horrible j'ai eu des plaques des jambes à la tête. La propriétaire était au courant. Elle venait de changer les matelas. Elle nous as changé de chambre gentiment. Mais pareil le lendemain matin j'ai encore était piqué par les punaises de lit dans l'autre chambre. L'horreur. Le séjour a été totalement gâché.

Reception was non existent No towels No house keeping The shared bathrooms were dirty and had no space to move they were tiny I checked out early as I had BED BUGS in my BED and they didn’t care when I reported and have still not replied to my messages I couldn’t stay any longer They hotel and the rooms are nothing like advertised

The room seemed okay at first, fairly clean and comfortable, no complaints. However, soon enough I noticed I wasn't "alone" - the walls (made of fabric) were infested with bugs (I believe they were bed bugs). I had to move the bed to the middle of the room and take all precautions so they wouldn't get to me. Extremely uncomfortable situation and seems the staff don't care about it because I've seen previous complaints about this and nothing has been done. Everything else would've been okay for a quick stay if you're just there to sleep. But in this case it made me feel uncomfortable and dirty every time I went to the room.

During the night I was woken up by itching, I saw that I had bites on my right arm, I realized that there were bedbugs in the bedding, on the walls so I took photos and videos of this. At 2 a.m. I asked to change rooms to a room without bedbugs because of this I could not go back to sleep until the morning. I ask you for a full refund of my reservation for damages and for the bites I had. ...no responses and no refunds it's incredible!!!!!!

The property was itself upstairs in the room very dirty. I do believe that the lady who owns it doesn’t go upstairs and leaves the cleaning to her staff. The staff obviously don’t clean very well and it was actually quite dirty. I also believe that potentially there was bedbugs as I am covered in spots.

I was bitten by some kind of bed bugs. The beds were horrible.

The shared toilet was a bit small, and the sofas could have been cleaner. Other than that, everything was okay.

On the second night, we were relaxing in the room when we started to notice lots of bugs on the sheets. It was late by this point and we were exhausted, but we couldn't stay in that room. We left the room at 2am to go to the station to wait and then called the reception at around 8am to explain to them the situation. On the phone, they said they couldn't see them, but agreed to refund us one night as we'd left so early. The bed had a black fabric headboard, so we think that's where they came from and why we hadn't noticed them earlier, but once they came out, they were everywhere - even on the floor and crawling up the walls in the bathroom. If I hadn't been so exhausted, I would have been so upset and grossed out. We then spent the whole next day in Amsterdam, waiting for our train at 6 pm on no sleep, which was hardcore. Still managed to have a good time - it's a great city. But you really need to feel safe and have somewhere comfortable to come back to because there's a lot going on. Really hope they can get this problem sorted.

Cleanliness, i have got bed bug bites all over me.

We left the hotel (room 8) with >150 bites from bed bugs all over the body (including the face)! There have been numerous other reviews about bed bugs for the last months which the hotel is unfortunately not taking seriously and denying this severe problem (I assume the hotel will deny it again when responding to this review). Do not stay there!

There was lots of bed bugs didn’t get any sleep from getting constantly bit. I wanted to talk to move room but was on staff seen both days

Wir haben Bettwanzen in diesem Zimmer bekommen.

La propreté médiocre et le personnel qui fait du chantage. Des punaises de lit ont attaqué une amie de notre groupe qui s’est retrouvé avec des réactions cutanées dangereuses! Le personnel nous a seulement changé les draps sans même proposer une autre chambre! Le pire c’est qu’ils ont finalement accepté de nous rembourser si je on leur promettait de ne pas publier un avis négatif! Du chantage !!! Et bien j’ai décidé de dire les choses et ne pas respecter le chantage (car j’ai reçu le remboursent) Des punaises de lit !!!!!!!! Cet établissement doit fermer pour insalubrité et changer de personnel!

En la habitación que nos hospedamos, sospechamos había chinches, ya que al siguiente día de nuestra primera noche, despertamos con piquetes típicos de chinches, le hicimos llegar el comentario a quien estaba de encargada en el Hotel con el fin de que cambiaran las cobijas e hicieran la limpieza, a lo cual no nos dieron solución, solo comentaron que seguramente habían sido zancudos (lo cual está descartado por las características de los piquetes). Revisamos posteriormente comentarios de anteriores huéspedes y de hecho encontramos varios con comentarios sobre pulgas y chinches en los cuartos, ojalá puedan poner atención en estos comentarios y los que se les hace personalmente para atender el problema, ya que es incómodo volver a dormir otra noche bajo esta situación.

Pas de rangements dans la chambre ni table ni chaise. Environnement bruyant

Cuando llegamos, las camas tenían las patas rotas, las sábanas estaban manchadas y no estaba ordenado, también tuvimos picaduras de chinches. El dueño no quiso resolver ningún problema de los tantos que habían con el hotel. Los empleados (incluyendo el dueño) son unos maleducados y unos racistas, dijeron que por ser españoles éramos unos maleducados y de una raza inferior. Y cuando fuimos a quejarnos por las ratas, la recepcionista me intentó escupir. Los dueños son unos amargados empedernidos.
