+ The location it’s ok if you need to charter a boat in the marina and to have a short distance to carry your luggage.
- You are in a house without elevator, with narrow metalic outside staircase where they put the sheets to dry outside. If you have heavy luggages, go to the gim before coming here. Be very careful, if you don’t clear the room, 10 minutes before the check out, they call you and they are telling you that they throw your luggage in the street!! When we arrived in the room, they already took the sheets out, entered in the room, they didn’t closed the door, our luggage’s were open and accessible to everyone. Don’t go there! They are very disrespectful and this is less than a hostel!
- La publicité mensongère en lien avec les photos, les chambres illustrées ne sont pas toutes de ce standing (rénovées), pas isolées, mal équipées, nuisances sonores (musique jusqu à 1 heure du matin, bruit de moteur, chien de la gérante qui aboient) et critères de sélection comme le parking attention ! Parking à 15 euros la journée

- Arrogant bastard behind the bar,typical Croatian, afraid of work,hangover from communist rules wouldn't admit he got my order totally wrong.
The door was open out into an alley didn't feel particularly safe, and I couldn't pay card despite being toldI could.
- The hotel was fine, location good, etc. The big problem for us was that there was no reception desk. We were not informed of this in advance. Everything was supposed to be done on line. For older clients like us, this creates great difficulties. We in fact had a major problem with lost luggage, but we could not get any information about who to contact at the airport, who would receive the luggage if it were delivered, etc. By chance, we met the owners in the restaurant next to the hotel on our second night there and they gave us the information we needed. But we should have had that information the first date and then we would have recovered our luggage a day or two earlier, avoiding some serious problems about lack of medication, etc.
+ The view
- There was nothing deluxe or superior about the room unlike the advertisement. Room was very Cramped and no ppace to even open a suitcase except on the bed. Worst part besides lack of customer care upon arrival is that the toilet was sealed as sanitized but in reality was dirty and toilet seat was much smaller than toilet so every-time you flush water jets out of the toilet .
- No tea or coffee making facility.
- bedding had some sort of dog/cat dander all over , the shower leaked water everywhere and flooded the bathroom There were no staff to greet you, Some little old lady let us into the room, if she had not been there I have no idea how we would have gotten in

- Accueil déplorable, le personnel désagréable au possible. Établissement qui a le souhait de louer mais non d’accueillir les touristes….

- Kein kleiner Kühlschrank um bei über 30° Trinkwasser zu kühlen. Dafür einen Fernseher von 1,20 m Breite - und kroatisches Fernsehen bei 30° in diesem 12 m² Zimmer zu schauen? Der Duschkopf und der Duschhalter waren ziemlich verrostet und hielten auch nicht. Man musste sich einarmig duschen. Dazu kam, dass alle 20 Minuten ein Passagierflugzeug direkt über unserem Haus zur 1 km entfernten Landebahn flog. - Ohrenbetäubende Lärm bis 22:00 Uhr.. leider war niemand zu erreichen, was bei anderen Keles Hotels doch persönlicher gehandhabt wird

Great location, amazing owners and volunteers, very communal atmosphere. The only downside I can think of was the massive hangover I got myself from a pub crawl with the people there. Honestly, I could come back to Trogir just to visit this place.
Accueil très chaleureux,avec petit café le matin..le lieu est cosy et parfaitement placé. Douche chaude, petit rideau au lit. Ce petit séjour a été bien agréable.Merci

+ Die Unterkunft bietet deutlich mehr als nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Sie überzeugt durch eine angenehme Atmosphäre, viel Wärme und eine individuelle Gestaltung. Besonders positiv fallen die Liebe zum Detail sowie die durchdachte Einrichtung auf, die den Raum sehr einladend wirken lassen. Insgesamt ein Ort, an dem man sich schnell wohlfühlt und gerne Zeit verbringt.“

+ Très réactifs à nos demandes. La chambre était, certes un peu petite mais elle était charmante et très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel était très agréable et bienveillant.
- La carte du petit déjeuner était un peu incomplète.
The hostel itself was clean and in a great location. One employee, however, made a racist comment that made me feel very uncomfortable. Luckily, I was only staying for one night, but if you are a POC, especially of middle eastern descent, maybe rethink staying here.
+ Bon emplacement proche du centre à pied. Jolie chambre, propre et bien décorée. Pas de réception, mais tout s'est bien passé ; la communication par messages a bien fonctionnée et la chambre était prête à notre arrivée.

+ La situation géographique très proche du centre et la vue sur le bord de mer
- Le bruit des avions passant au dessus du logement manque d'insonorisation Manque quelques accessoires comme porte serviette, poubelle ( uniquement une petite dans la salle de bain)
+ La terraza, de los mejores lugares en que me he alojado. La vista desde mi ventana

+ Great location with a short walk to old town. Restaurant below food was good but owner which is separate to accommodation is a bit abrupt.
- The apartment was quite small but comfortable and fantastic view of harbour.
