- Cuando llegué me dieron la llave de una habitacion equivocada 2 veces. Llegaba cansado y recien a la tercera me dieron la llave correcta. Cuando llegue habia alguien durmiendo en mi cama, por lo cual tuve que acomodarme en otra. Habia pedido un candado en recepcion, a la mañana siguiente encuentro el candado abierto y me robaron una campera y auriculares (valor total 130 euros). El hostel se lavó las manos, booking tambien. No vengan a esta pocilga, con su propio candado fui robado y no se preocuparon por una solución.
When I arrived I was given the key to the wrong room 2 times. I was tired and only recently on the third I was given the right key. When I arrived there was someone sleeping in my bed, so I had to settle in another. I had ordered a lock at the reception, the next morning I found the lock open and they stole a camcorder and headphones (total value 130 euros). The hostel washed their hands, booking too. - No A/C, asked staff who said it’s off for a while in the room. 3 shower/toilets between all rooms - had to choose between one with vomit, basin clogged or flooded. Best part was being asked for 50c to fill water bottle as I’d handed back key already at checkout

- This was the worst hostel we’ve ever experienced. From the day we checked in, the AC wasn’t cooling. Despite several complaints, they only adjusted the temperature, but the problem remained the same. We were literally sweating while sleeping. Even the washrooms weren’t cleaned daily

A hostel they can't cancel they have a separate room for boys and girls. a strange hostel.. they don't worry and don't fight for their clients.
+ Nothing, why would I like being kept outside in the dark night and cold - falsely advertised as though it is a 24 hours accomodation. Hostile location and staff.

- When I did my check in staff was rude They kept me on front of the desk for a minutes and everyone was ignored me but they had seen me looking me like I was a stranger bruh

In Rauhallisella area, the central bus service was successful despite a little time, relatively quiet and the beds were too hot with too many beds.
Clean rooms and bathrooms, good spot for a couple day trip
Uma boa estadia, chegamos no hostel às 01:39 da manhã e mesmo assim eles fizeram o check in. As cortinas na cama fazem toda diferença na privacidade mesmo em um quarto compartilhado! A área de convivência é bem grande. Amamos, voltaria com certeza!
A good stay, we arrived at the hostel at 1:39 am and still they checked in. the curtains on the bed make all the difference in privacy even in a shared room! the living area is quite large. we love it, would definitely return!
Only complaint is location. It's pretty far from everything, and was in what I can only imagine was a scrappier (but not unsafe) part of the city. Nevertheless, Its not far from the train station which can take you anywhere, so its location didn't hinder us at all. Facilities and beds were exceptional, each bunk had its own locker and curtain and walls so it felt like your own little room. Bathrooms were great, so was restaurant and atmosphere. Would stay again.

Very often the B&B kitchen is closed and if you are forced to go to the bar downstairs to eat something or make a tea
+ staff and communal area was lovely, beds very comfortable and curtains really useful
- most of the bathrooms were dirty specifically the bath mats (understand this is user error not the staff), our roommates had really smelly food in the rooms were really disruptive and our room smelt awful.
