- Everything, room tiny, lift only fits two people maximum, bathroom terrible

- Heti saapuessamme henkilökunta ei tehnyt oloamme kovin tervetulleeksi. He eivät meinanneet löytää varaustamme ollenkaan vaikka yöpyminen oli jo maksettu ja hotellin kansa oli myös viestitelty etukäteen. Meitä oli kaksi majoittujaa ja saimme vain yhden kulkukortin huoneeseen. Tämä perusteltiin sillä, että jos meille annetaan kaksi korttia, toinen lakkaa toimimasta. Siivous aloitettiin 7-8 aikaan joka aamu ja pitkään nukkumisesta pystyi vain haaveilla. Jääkaappi ei toiminut saapuessamme ollenkaan, ja meidän piti pyytää uusi toimiva jääkaappi. Pesulapalvelu hotellin kautta oli järkyttävän hintainen, 5e per vaatekappale. Olo on vedätetty. Henkilökunta oli vaihdellen palvelualtista ja ystävällistä, paikoitellen "palvelusta" tuli erittäin epämiellyttävä olo.

+ TUVE UN SERIO PROBLEMA CON EL SEÑOR ALEXANDER , PUES CUANDO LLEGAMOS TENIAMOS UNA RESERVA CON DOS CAMAS SEPARADAS , Y NOS DIERON UNA HABITACION DE UNA CAMA GRANDE , ESTE SEÑOR NO QUISO DARNOS NIGUNA ALTERNATIVA , PUES DECIA QUE HABIAMOS HECHO MAL LA RESEVA CON BOOKING . TUVE QUE RESEVAR OTRO HOTEL PARA ESA NOCHE , Y PASAR LA NOCHE CADA UNO EN UN HOTEL DIFERENTE , POR LA MAÑANA VOLVI AL HOTEL PARA HACER EL CHECK OUT , Y LE COMENTAMOS LO SUCEDIDO LA NOCHE ANTERIOR AL RECEPCIONISTA , NOS COMENTO QUE LA RESERVA ESTABA BIEN HECHA , ME GUSTARIA SABER COMO PODER HACER UNA RECLAMCION

+ Breakfast was fair enough

- Room space very small. Also shower space very small and did not even have a place to put the soap. Beds so narrow. And the price very high. Do not recommend it at all.

- Området var katastrof

+ Nice location if you want to catch a train to Como lake. There was no iron tho - couldn't iron our clothes. There is a service that you have to pay for them to iron your clothes.

+ Location truly wonderful- central to all transportation, good restaurants. Hotel design and art displayed is edgy stunning- just what I looked forward to in being in Milan. Staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Slept very comfortably and room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

+ 駅からとにかく近く、地下鉄の入口もすぐなところ。受付のみなさんは親切でフレンドリーでした。施設も清潔ではあります。

- シングルルームですがかなり狭いのと、アメニティなどは最低限のものです。あと朝食は甘い系のブリオッシュやケーキは豊富でイタリア風ですが、温かい料理はあまり美味しそうなものはなかったです。

- Access to WiFi was difficult as registration required a social media account which I don’t have. Had to rely on my own paid mobile data - so this was disappointing

+ Aamiaishuone viihtyisä ja rauhallinen, aamiainen hyvä. Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä

- Hissi pieni ja ahdas ( 2 henkilöä) varsinkin jos hotelli täynnä.

+ L’emplacement

- Tout est au minimum. C’est propre mais peu soigné. Les membres du personnel sont juste OK. Pas de sourire, petit bonjour peu engageant, etc… Pourquoi être dans ce domaine si ça ne vous passionne pas.
