No wifi for our entire 4 night stay. Refused to give any refund or compensation. Staff didn’t know anything and were not helpful. Dirty rooms, weird smell, bathroom leaking from ceiling.
Hôtel was kinda unclean when I came in plus it doesn't suit to stay for activities inside the hostel. The back of my pillow was covered with glossy lips for exemple
