Friendly helpful proprietor. and staff. Needs upgrading. Refurbishing. Desperately!! Basic means basic. Over priced for what we got. Electrics need attention! Local life extremely noisy!

Muy muy muy caro para como es el alojamiento de viejo y el baño con una ducha que es una cabina muy extraña en la que no cabes bien de alto y no tiene luz. Espero encontrar otra opción la próxima vez porque siento que me han engañado con el precio. He estado de ruta 10 dias por el pais y he pagado la mitad por mejores habitantes con desayuno incluido al mismo precio

Great location but there was a weird smell in the room that didn't fade/go away. It was a urine-like smell. We stayed at the top floor and the heat stayed in the room. There just wasn't any good air circulation going on. Besides these points we had a pretty good stay. The price is just a bit too high for its worth...

Hotel looks like it hasn't changed since the 70s. Staff was very nice, would be ok if it cost half the price.

Nice place to stay after walking the WHW. Staff was helpful and managed to give us a twin room instead of a single bed for a small surcharge. Simple but welcome breakfast included in the price.

Das Hostel ist super gelegen und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter aber vollkommen ok. Für paar Übernachtungen super geeignet. Kostenlosen frischen Kaffee, Tee und Müsli gibt es auch.

Cozy accommodations, friendly staff. the only downsides were the stiff bed and very noisy pub-goers on the street.

Very nice staff, very helpful. Great downtown location— shopping, pubs (try the Crofter) , buses, walking etc. I think it’s more a hotel and priced as such. Good value not great. A very odd smell in my room, cat urine?

It was a good stay. Very warm receptionist, very warm welcome and stay.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Fort William. Nous avions une chambre quadruple de luxe avec deux coins chambre séparés par un sofa et une quichenette. Café soluble et thé à disposition dans la chambre. Possibilité de manger son goûter/petit-déjeuner dans la chambre commune et de profiter du bar.

Superbe emplacement, nous avions un chambre avec salle de bain privé et c’était propre. Lit et oreillers très confortables. Grandes fenêtres qui s’ouvrent pour rafraîchir l’endroit. Peu insonorisé. Suggestions d’amélioration: mettre des crochets dans la salle de bain pour suspendre les serviettes, moustiquaires dans les vitres.

I can't say I liked the wooden headboard on the bed but the room was absolutely fine. No room fan as I expected so brought 2 of my own.

An amazing spot for hikers, super friendly and accommodating staff and nice clean facilities. Tea coffee and cereal in the morning is an excellent touch as well.

We had a great time here visiting as a group of school friends for a weekend of hiking. The town was busy and we appreciated having the common area to eat and play games in when other places were full. Thanks.

This was a great place to stay! It was very cozy. Love that they offered some breakfast options and the main lounge they have is very nice. In the room, the sink is outside the bathroom to make sharing facilities easier but to does take time to get used to. The shower they have is a little small, so people that are taller than 5ft 5inches may have more difficulty. The property is very centrally located and they give good recommendations for food and activities.

Hôtel très bien placé à Fort William, établissement très agréable tenu par un personnel charmant. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, la literie est confortable. La douche est le seul point faible, la pression n'est pas très forte et l'eau chaude met du temps à venir, la cabine est un peu petite mais tout de même fonctionnelle! Je recommande

Exactly what I needed after finiahing the West Highland Way , centrally located, leas than 200m from the end of the trwk, friendly welcome, free room upgrade. Warm and quiet.

Great hotel - the twin room was perfect size and excellent value, right on the high street 500m from Fort William train station and the big Morrison's. Really friendly staff too: 10/10!

I stayed for one night before the devil o’ the highlands ultra. The man at reception for really friendly and helpful. My room was clean and well equipped and the bed was really comfy. A great value stay
