I stayed here for one night but unfortunately got bed bug bites (I recognize them well from my travel experience). I also found a blood stain on the sheets from the bugs. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable staying the remaining two nights of my booking. I asked the manager for a refund for the unused nights, but this was refused.

The usual SPAM. We booked from HOSTELWORLD Layla Rouge… they lied and said they had électricity problem so they have to switch us…. They finally admit that the hostal was full. Brought us here and have no other options. Also the staff tried to charge 2x the taxes as an other nice spam…. Which dint work ( not my first Rodeo ) We left after one day even if we paid. - sanitary dirty - kitchen - dirty - room humid, some bugs in the bed - bed sheet also dirty and not warm enough I can’t recall when i did an 1* review

one star doesn't even cut it! Save your money and go to another place. the service is so terrible. the staff are so rude. and the food got me so sick for an entire week. and i got bed bug bites.

Perfect Location, very nice staff. We didn’t have any issues with bed bugs (like people mentioned before), our room was always clean. WiFi could be faster

Super Lage allerdings ist das Hostel sehr sehr heruntergekommen und die Betten sind sehr schlecht. Einige berichten hier auch dass sie über Nacht Bettwanzen bekommen haben.

BEDBUGS Be careful, my bed had bed bugs, now I have to deal with the bites and getting all my clothes and luggage bugfree. The owner or manager (older guy really nice at the beginning welcoming everybody) tried to tell me it's mosquito bites so he wouldn't have to deal with me. Also treated is very rude suddenly. I confirmed they were in fact bed bugs, so I would not recommend to stay here!!!!!!!!

Horrible bed bug issue.

There is a bed bug problem here. I saw one on my bed and the next morning I spoke with someone who showed me the bites they had! Everyone who works there knows, but they don't do anything about it. And they wont give you plastic bags to isolate your stuff when you go to your next hostel. Also they play horrible music on repeat. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice - but they aren't treated well, they sleep in the common areas on the couches, no bed of their own.

Zuerst das positive: das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage war absolut top. Nun zum negativen: das Hostel ist sehr runtergekommen, nur eine Dusche im kompletten Hostel funktioniert, die Toiletten sind dreckig, stinken und es ist keine Seife zum Händewaschen vorhanden. Das schlimmste ist allerdings, dass wir Bettwanzen hatten, trotz eindeutiger allergischer Reaktion in Form von über 100 Stichen wurde mir nicht geholfen, wir mussten 3 mal das Zimmer Wechseln, alles in allem würde ich das Hostel keinem Empfehlen da die vielen juckenden Stiche meinen Urlaub zum Horrortrip gemacht haben.

Full of bed bugs, half of the rooms had no A/C. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

Location is good and staff are friendly but has bed bugs on the beds, I found two in the morning, the place is closed and humid. Breakfast is not good.

lovely hostel. but the dessert tour was horror! our driver got super aggressive and accused people on the bus not to have payed and wanted to leave them behind in the middle of nowhere! he just wanted them to pay again. driver was about to fight a passenger physically but we all went in between. In the tents in the dessert were bedbugs! beware!
