Loft Hostel Koh Tao

Enjoyed our stay, nice rooms, fun atmosphere very helpful and friendly staff. However, we woke up covered in bed bug bites on the third morning.

The mattress was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on in 3 months in SE Asia— I could feel the springs, and the mattress itself was stained and had holes in it. There were many bugs in the bedroom. The bathrooms smelled very bad and were not clean. Paid for an AC room, but the AC was off during the hottest hours of the day. Staff was friendly, so I feel bad leaving a negative review. But the hostel just felt dirty.
