+ No me hospedaje ahí, ya que en la entrega del cuarto olía a pipí y me dio asco entrar, los cuarto muy sucios y el ambiente es muy desagradable. Muy deprimente.

- Todo horrible, pagué la estancia y me fuí a otro hotel más limpio, es horrible y la habitación olía a pipí.

- Please don’t go there (and I’m used to old hotels/motels). Everything in there is sticky and stinky. When we arrived, the sheets were badly dirty. They play music in the corridor until late at night, and you can hear it from the rooms. The water smells like sewers. The whole place is unsanitary. There were only two showers on our floor and not even a sink to brush your teeth in that area. The only one is in the bathroom, and the water barely runs. AND considering what it offers, it’s way overpriced.

+ I arrived at the hostel around 5 o'clock. Maddie assigned me to Room 202. I moved in and was immediately hit by the unpleasant smell inside. I complained about changing rooms. Maddie told me to pay again. Maddie said this was the hotel's rule. Otherwise, I wouldn't be allowed to change rooms. I met Paige in the kitchen and told her about the bad smell in Room 202 and the matter of changing rooms and paying again. Paige said changing rooms don't require payment and sent a message to Coco asking her to help me change rooms. However, Coco helped Maddie and bullied me. Coco said there were only upper bunks on the second floor and I had to go to the fourth floor. The hotel has no elevator. I had a large suitcase and didn't have the strength to move it to the fourth floor. I said I could stay on the upper bunk as well. Coco said there were no upper bunks on the second floor. You have to go to the fourth floor. I said you just said there were all upper bunks on the second floor. Coco said there weren't any. There just weren't any. Paige took the key to Room 205 and saw there were upper and lower bunks. But Coco still gave me the upper bunk. Paige asked Coco for the lower bunk. Coco wouldn't give it to me. Finally, it was Paige who changed me to the lower bunk in Room 205. Maddie and Coco had bad intentions. It wasn't fair and wasn't suitable for them to work at the hostel. They should be fired. They praised Paige for having a kind heart, being kind and beautiful. If Lucky D'S doesn't allow Chinese people to stay, it should be clearly stated that we will definitely not stay.

+ I canceled my booking because this hotel for homeless and not cleaning at all ! It’s scamming the people because the pictures on booking not same reality! I requested full money refund! Check the reviews many people complaining about the hotel! I can gather all the people to make claim case! Or you can refund my money back !

- I was very poorly attended to by the receptionist. I arrived to check in and she sent me to a room where all the beds were occupied. It took more than 2 hours to try to resolve the situation. When she tried to find a solution, she charged me more than the amount I had paid for my reservation. This person seemed to be under the influence of some medication or drugs. Terrible service.

- Camera sporca e con fortissimo e pessimo odore di urina pervasivo. Piccola e scomoda, non corrispondente alle foto. Assenza di ascensore per trasporto valigie ai piani superiori Bagni condivisi piccoli Assenza di parcheggio comodo e gratuito nelle vicinanze (anche parcheggio in strada non adeguato)

+ The receptionist, probably named Berkley, was very cooperative. Also the manager as they changed my room on request.

- The earlier room has no curtains which was probably because they are undergoing renovations.

+ staff were kind. breakfast was good for me.

+ i like the location its in the gaslamp district, very close to restaurants and the trolley. there is a continental breakfast and coffee. great atmoshere

+ Everything was perfect, worth the money, but the breakfast used to run out very quickly (and mostly no refills). One needs to be there as soon as it starts. Location - very good. Staff - good Breakfast - good Breakfast availability - reach early. Overall - 9/10

- Long wait to use the toilet and shower!

- But a hostel young male staff made a big mess on my account. When I checked in at about 6 pm of 03/22, I was assigned to room #419, but was told blanket had not been ready. I must collect it from service desk later. Since I had a blanket with me, I did not get hostel’s blanket. When I checked out in 03/23 morning, a young female staff checked account and found that I should live in Room #400 and nobody lived in room #419 last night. This was why there was no blanket in room #419. So that I had to ask the female staff to correct their record to avoid a possible over charge to me. I was not happy for this mess.

- The pillows were flat and my room was dirty and all the beds need a fan and personal light only 1 had a personal light. Bathroom is shared by everyone one the floor.
