+ Proximité des transports .

- La moquette est tachée dans les chambres, ainsi que le bruit des vmc on entend le bruit de la douche des voisins du haut. Pas de bouilloire ni de micro-ondes avec un miniature ascenseur.

- Zimmer sehr schmutzig, Schimmel, Käfer, reine Katastrophe. Wir haben im Voraus das Frühstück bezahlt separat aber als wir in den Zimmern waren konnten wir nichts mehr essen. Dann haben wir nicht mal das Frühstück zurück erstattet bekommen!

+ Truly nothing. Maybe the location.

- It was freaking dirty. Hairs, dust, stinks. We did not even changed clothes as we were feeling the dustiness. Nowhere near recommending this.

- Этот отель очень плохой , на фото это обман , там очень грязно, унитаз грязный , ковролин грязный ужас , на потолке паутина , зашли в номер там температура была как на улице, пока нагрелся номер прошла ночь, потоки ужасные , в целом ужасный отель, когда я туда зашла настроение и увидела весь этот кошмар, упало настроение, этот отель просто испортил нам поездку, не рекомендую этот отель.

- No room for luggage. Two narrow cupboards that, without their doors, would have provided room for luggage, na amenities at all toaster, kettle, fridge. No coffee or tea. Mattress smaller than wooden bed base, so that each time we tried to walk around the narrow walking space around the bed, we hit our legs on the sharp corners, and ended up covered in bruises. The small room was nothing more than that with a bed in it. It appeared there may have been better rooms but ours was ridiculously small and for the money we paid for it was totally unacceptable. Advertised as it is sadly misrepresented reality To get to our cases, we had to put them on the bed.

+ Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel porque el váter estaba sucio, estaba NEGRO. La ducha estaba sucia y el suelo lleno de cal o moho, nunca sabremos qué era exactamente, pero era completamente desagradable. En la recepción han pasado de nosotros completamente y no nos han devuelto ni un euro aún sin dormir ahí y avisando de todo desde el principio. La taza del vater tenia gotas de pis secas. Un asco. Un completo desastre. No reservéis en este lugar porque es antihigiénico. No le pongo menos nota porque la página no me lo permite.

- Absolutamente nada.

+ Lo único bueno que tenía era la ubicación.

- No recomendaría este hotel si es que se puede llamar así ni a mi peor enemigo. Empezando por la suciedad de la habitación, todo tenía polvo acumulado de semanas y semanas, el techo del baño lleno de moho y el tamaño de la habitación era ridículo, cabía la cama y poco más. Pero el colmo fue cuando nos encontramos bichos en la cama, bajé con el bicho en la mano a decírselo a la persona que había en recepción y se limitó a reírse y decirme que no eran peligrosos e insistía mucho en que no eran chinches, lo cual me hizo pensar que sí que lo eran. La única solución que me dio fue limpiar la habitación al día siguiente (era de noche) a lo cual le dije que no me interesaba ya que al día siguiente nos íbamos, que necesitaba una solución en ese momento ya que era asqueroso dormir con los bichos; la solución que me dio fue cambiar la sábana de la cama y fin. En resumen, no recomendaría a nadie alojarse en este hotel, ya que su calidad es pésima comparado con el elevado precio de la habitación por noche. Adjunto fotos de algunos de los bichos que nos encontramos, que ojalá hubieran sido los únicos. Vergüenza de hotel!

- douche avec des joints moisis, vmc très bruyante, absence de personnel (même en journée), chambre minuscule... pour 135 €, c'est abusé.

+ Location of the hotel is very good which is only benefit of this hotel. People at the reception are good and helpful.

- Open bathroom and there is lock to close the bathroom door. Room is too small even to walk around the bed. While the breakfast is too costly for the amount. Better hotels are available at a cheaper price with better breakfast. The lift is too small, smaller than 1m2. Probably, world's smallest lift.

+ Posizione della struttura eccellente, camera piccola ma c'è tutto.

- Sarebbe necessario una maggiore pulizia della camera perché c'era molta polvere. La porta del bagno è una porta scorrevole che non si chiude in quanto la parte inferiore della porta si muove.

+ Our rooms were ready immediately and it was very clean and modern. the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect. The breakfast was terrific and in a very pleasant room. Next door there was a bookshop that was wonderful.

- The only problem we had was the tiny sink which oveflowed. And the tiny elevator. But at least there was one!

+ Le personnel et le veilleur de nuit sont particulièrement agréables. Le hall d'accueil est très petit mais confortable. Donc pas question de se réunir avec des clients ou amis. Si vous aimez le quartier Latin alors l'emplacement est idéal.

+ Asukoht ja hind olid head. Kõik vajalik olemas, minimalistlik, aga paarina ööbimiseks piisav. Kaks tärni, madal hind ja super asukoht- kv võib rahul olla ja leian, et võib isegi hea öelda

- Põrandakate on kehvasti puhastatud vaip. Kuna tuba on väike, siis astud välisjalatsitega pm voodi kõrvale, mis tingib bakterite kandumise voodisse.... aga alati on võimalus kahe sammu jaoks, et vannituppa minna panna ka jalatsid jalga.

+ La posizione della struttura è comodissima perché in centro e con la fermata metro vicinissima. Punto dolente la pulizia della stanza. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno ma ahimè le lenzuola erano bucate e la stanza abbastanza impolverata. So bene che la misura delle camere a Parigi è molto ridotta ma secondo me le stanze andrebbero rinfrescate con una tinteggiata e tolta la moquette, che nella nostra stanza era tutta macchiata. La struttura è molto carina, specialmente la reception..molto curata e in ordine. A mio mio parere basterebbe davvero poco per rendere le camere curate e confortevoli.

- Lenzuola letto bucate, non c’era lo scopino wc in bagno e la camera risultava impolverata.

+ emplacement idéal pour découvrir saint germain des prés, ligne 4 au pied de l'hotel, déco sobre mais sympa, horaires larges pour check in et check out, bagagerie, petit ascenseur pour monter les valises...

- insonorisation des chambres un peu juste, petit effort à faire sur la propreté mais entre 12h et 14h c'est court pour tout refaire à fond

+ La posizione è davvero eccellente, si arriva praticamente in piazza in 1 minuto a piedi dove c’è la fermata metro, bus e tram. È praticamente collegatissima. 10 min a piedi c’è la zona di notre dame ma anche nei dintorni dell’hotel ci sono stradine piene di movida.

- La stanza era pulita, lenzuola pulite ed anche la doccia. Il problema è che era veramente molto piccola. Per lavarmi la faccia cadeva l’acqua a terra perché il lavandino era piccolissimo. Piccolissimo anche l’ascensore.

+ It’s brilliant location, close to all the major attractions yet very quiet at night for good rest. Room is compact but comfortable.

- The lift is very small, so if you have big cases, may experience problem.

+ Beliggenheden var helt fantastisk. Dejligt centralt. Sødt og imødekommende personale. Hotellet fremstår meget autentisk.

- Værelserne var små. Og morgenmaden var lidt sparsom, men kunne dog spises i den meget hyggelige kælder.
